First time here, just picking up a to go order, but the employees were so friendly. The energy was great, place was clean. My food was correct and wasn’t missing anything. Brief talk with Jerry (I believe his name was) down to Earth, patient but efficient. Seemed happy to be there. EXTREME opposite from the Agawam Friendly’s.

i ordered a large meal and that’s always some concern if they will add everything and make it good quality . This friendlys is the best one i have been to and the best staff not only were the fast and efficient every thing was there and the food was great they were kind and will definitely be back

very disappointing. paid $17 for a chicken tender entree and got 5 small dried out chicken fingers and not even a half cup of cole slaw. Oh ya and no marinara for the mozz sticks i ordered. giving 2 stars because at least it tasted fine. but paying $35 for cafeteria food, i feel violated

I ordered a small hot fudge sundae. I sat there for 25 minutes. People that came in after I did already had milkshakes and dinners. When I went up to the counter and asked for my money back, I still had to stand there and wait. The person refunding my money said they had made my sundae himself, insulating that I was lying. You will never see me there again as a customer.
