Why should kids & teens have all the fun here?! Nope. We Adults love this place too! I usually go to the the Glen Burnie 1 with a friend of mines; we always leave STUFFED! Wonderful staff! Clean restaurants! I saw a sign @ another location saying they might be bringing back breakfast limited days & times!❤️ They had an awesome bfast here esp the French Toast bacon & crispy hash browns! Gr8 burgers, shakes, entrees, appetizers, & meals! Food always comes out hot! Nice portions except for Turkey Dinner! Family-Friendly atmosphere but great for a date nite! (Not too loud.) Ice cream so creamy & tasty The Best! Inexpensive Fun! DO Go!✌️

can’t believe this location isn’t closed yet. Such terrible service here. Called a simple order in . picked it up it was all wrong . my reese’s ice cream had only whipped cream a cherry and sprinkles . The food orders were all wrong and messed up. and then when they fixed it they really served this black burnt bacon on my food. idk maybe the cook is blind . This was just crazy to me though because the order was so simple it was a munchie mania and chicken tenders .

I had lunch there today with my 2 sons. We had burgers, waffle fries, onoin rings, and chicken tenders. No complaints, in fact surprised at the size of the burger pattie, bigger than most chains. Service was accommodating and friendly (no pun intended). It was nice that management also pleasantly acknowledged us (gentleman I think was manager & the GM). Showing an interest in your customers is a sign of people that care. Sometimes it’s the small things that make the biggest impression. Thanks, see you soon.

This is a review off the take-out section. Friendly staff to greet you. They have a bell to ring for service. They offer outside seating around the other side of the entrance with plenty of lighting. Good selection of flavors to choose from with variety of toppings too. Sitting outside was fine, the tables were clean and the grass was cut to an acceptable level. I would go there again. Kids enjoyed the ice cream and it was nice to be outside.

We went and it was ready to storm well we got our order it was storming bad so we was eating lights and electricity went out so we had to of course stop and we was also spoiled because it went dark and it was scary also we was just DONE and wanted to finish but was dark and unsettling so we wanted to go than no way to pay no electric so than finally ten more min cash register was up now to take debit . We feel we should have been compensated some what for being so uneasy no light no back up nothing but exit light but nope not one complimentary thing at all. I felt it wasn’t very welcoming so if any kind of weather thing occurs DONT DO ICE CREAM OR SIMPLE DINNER AND ICE CREAM .it wasn’t what I feel should have been done to offer 3people a welcome back unvite so wasn’t a happy person to be were its name is FRIENDLYS!!!.

Employees at this location need proper training in customer service and lack the temperament and proper manners to do their job serving customers. They are unprofessional, more concerned with attending to their friends visiting and openly insult customers as I was while I was waiting for my order which was supposed to be ready 40 minutes ago. To make matters worse after order was ready they just put it away in the freezer and none of the employees even bothered to give my order. Most fast food employees take pride in their jobs which I can’t say for these employees working at the Dundalk FRIENDLY’S. That’s why as “professionals” they may have hit their ceiling and found a place that accepts below standard service providers. FRIENDLY’S of Dundalk will always be as mediocre as their employees.

I brought my kids last nite, food was ok, kids mac and cheese was clumpy and the noodles on top were hard. The place has a musty smell and looks exactly the same as it did when I worked there 25 years ago. Kids icream was ok.
