Michael was the most attentive, nicest wait person we ever had at this Friendly’s. Our food came fast and was hot AND correct. They didn’t have any cocktail sauce for my clam strips but went over and got some from Safeway! Seriously!! Now that is customer service. Just because of that, we will be back sooner than later. Thank you!!!!

Our waitress Olivia was very sweet and attentive to our big group tonight! The staff in general are very nice at the Lakeshore Friendly’s. The food was good too. I would have like more chicken in my Crispy chicken salad, but was good, and only reason I’m giving 4 stars.

Carry out. Price charged was more than the price posted on the board on the wall. No answer except new menus were recently printed. Not great customer service. Pretty expensive. Won’t be back.

Came here for dinner with my daughter. Didn’t recieve a kids menu/coloring book. Even after I asked I had to go get it myself. Got a munchies mania, came with no sauces. Ordered a burger and the fries were cold. Couldn’t ask for new ones because the server didn’t come to check on us. I saw her 3 times in the 2.5 hours we were there. Everything foodwise took forever. Ice cream took 30 min to come and they gave my daughter the wrong thing. Just terrible service all around. The food is still the classic Friendly’s quality however.

Friendlys is fine; there are no major complaints from me. The food isn’t anything special in my opinion. I purchased the upgraded loaded fries and basically received the equilivent of a dab of cheese and teaspoon of bacon bits lol. Can’t say it even added much to the flavor and I regret paying for the “upgrade”. The food didn’t stand out much at all, the equivalent of a steak and shake.

OK place to bring the family when you are not seated next to obnoxious teenagers cussing and blasting you tube and tiktok videos on their cells. Luckily our waiter was able to move us to another booth before it started getting too crowded, but they should have asked the immature pinheads to leave. We had to stand up with our dishes and drinks and walk acrossed the restaurant instead. Luckily for the other families seated around them, their mommy and daddy eventually came to pick them up (what’s sad is I’m sure they drove themselves because they were of age, only acted like 5 year olds going to a restaurant for the first time). I’ll take my business elsewhere next time if the Friendly’s staff cannot be more controlling of their place and the good families (or flock of idiots) that spend a surprisingly large amount of money there.
