Not the Friendly’s We used to know. Maybe it was a bad day. We sat down quickly. Thr waitress never mentioned her name. She never advised us of any specials. The place was empty except for 3 other tables. He looked tired and overworked. My wife and I saw if you ordered burgers ,you get icecream free. Good deal? 13.99 per entree. Soda close to 5 dollars. Grand daughter got a kids meal . We never were asked how we want our burgers cooked. When the burgers arrived my was still pink on the inside. I like mine well cooked. I ate it. My wife’s burger had wilted lettuce. A slice of rotten tomatoe that was raw. It had no pickles in either for both of us. Service was lacking. Food not suitable. Might not go there again. Place was empty. What will happen when they have more customers. O don’t like giving negative reviews.

Well I came in with the girls lacrosse team tonight asked If I could be seated away from them as giving my daughter some room to hang out with her team. I stood at the front stand as another team came in behind me. Immediately they were seated by the server and I was still standing. I then asked the manager (who is usually a server)if someone was seating me? She then proceeded to tell me I could seat myself. I then asked her well can I have a menu and utensils please. Shame I had to seat myself snd ask for these things. Now I’m seated here 10 mins no one came to check to see if I was ready to order a drink or anything. A waitress with glasses heaveyset short hair walked right passed me twice. Still seated with no drink order put in a couple comes in. The waitress that walked passed me twice went right to them and asked if she could get them anything to drink right away. I then had to get up to find someone to even be my waitress. Nice waitress came to me named Melanie and finally my drink order was taking. I sat for another 15mins as I watched others come in and get their orders right away. Finally!! my turn to order. Ordered my food sat around for another 10mins watching tons of couples coming in later than me getting their meals and drinks. I only ordered a Philly and fries. I literally walked around and was the last person to recieve their food after being one of the 1st people there. I have been boycotting Friendly’s since the teens workers were caught having sex right on the tables and booth a few years back!! I felt very uncomfortable being a black woman at this Friendly’s. Never again will I come to this one! However kudos to Melanie and Ashley for being amazing servers!!

This evening as I’m sitting down with my family a young lady comes in for a interview but the lady running the place comes out with a attitude and starts acting crazy at the girl for the interview and then starts yelling at another worker there so the girl that was there to get hired left real quick. Very unprofessional I won’t be eating here again

Good service. Good food. One of the cleanest Friendly’s I’ve been in in a long time! Hadn’t been to Friendly’s in a few years since the one where we used to live closed down. I was a little surprised that the prices went up so much but overall a pretty good value for what you get. We will be back again, and next time we will get ice cream too!
