Service is extremely slow here! Waited 15-25 minutes for a waiter to ask us for our drink and meal orders. Waited another 45 minutes for our food. Then waited another 30 minutes for a waiter to come by to hand us the ice cream menus. Thankfully the ice cream came back out quickly. I personally wouldn’t go back here, stay away!

This is by far the best Friendlys on the island! All of the staff are very attentive and my food is always delicious !! I have ice cream/food from here at least 3 days a week because I just enjoy coming in and seeing everyone! Emily,the manager is on top of her game there and has always treated me with such kindness and made sure my order was always perfect!!

The food was good, probably better than expected. Everything came out of the kitchen correctly. The waiter was polite and accurate. The issue is the slow service. They are very short staffed. I feel bad for the servers. I could hear many other patrons complaining.

Worst dine in experience of our lives. We were there for over two hours when there was only two other parties at the restaurant. They were out of half the stuff we ordered and they forgot to bring us two entrees. We sat there for 45 minutes and my wife and father in law both went up to the kitchen at two separate times and couldn’t get anyone’s attention or help. The manager was on her phone in the back of the restaurant and her staff is clueless. The employee making the ice cream was eating the toppings with his hands as he was making the sundaes…. I will never return to another Friendly’s. It is no longer the place it used to be.
