OH WHAT A NIGHT! Our 1st family experience at Friendly’s was good overall. My family enjoyed it. For me there was something left to be desired. Perhaps because it was my first time in a long time and my memories weigh heavy. Overall, the kids enjoyed while thr food fell short the service and ice cream was on point. It would nice for the franchise to keep pace with competing brands and beef up things a bit ( A dash of seasoning here, a splash spice there). Either way, what do I know, I’m no expert. Our server, Jessica K. really compensated for things. She recommended the fishamajig, which sounds more interesting than it was, but we appreciate her efforts and her engagement with the kids. She was reason enough for us to return.

Food was deceit. I love friendly’s for their ice cream and the BBQ melt which is my favorite! I went on a Monday morning but there was only 2 servers for about 12 tables. But the servers did what they had to do to make sure everyone was being serviced. The only complaint I have is the presentation of my ice cream. Apparently, my server was waiting on tables and handling ice cream for other guests who were not dining. I didn’t complain to my server as he was doing his best!

All in all an ok experience. The service was friendly and the food tasted good. I ordered the Country Fried Steak but they were completely out. Lion ordered the breakfast bowl but they were out of ham..so we both ended up ordering the breakfast bowl minus the ham. Beware if you come here for breakfast, there is a good chance they will be out of something that you want.

I’m old and irritated all the time. Don’t cook. Really picky eater! This Friendly’s has amazing meals! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Love their Quesadillas! They’re really Gr8 about customizing the orders. Facility is clean.

Yummy Lava Cake. IMO one Big Lava Cake is enough for 2-3 people. It was like a meal. We order two Lava Cake and one was without peanut butter and replaced it with cake batter ice cream. Loved it.

What the heck happened to this location? We have enjoyed visiting here for years since I was a kid so decades of excellent service till now. The staff barely acknowledges you upon arrival. Staff are dressed as if they’re hidden in the kitchen and not in uniform. The service has become non existent and the presentation as you’ll see by my photo has become a complete mess.
