If I could share one more thing. Your food was good and the service excellent but there is something that not just you but many establishments do that I complain about. It’s the music. Many places play their music too loud. Yours wasn’t too bad but a lot of people who go to Friendly’s are seniors. Pop can get very disturbing. What happened to soft instrumental music? I know you are going through lots of corporate changes but perhaps you might be able to convince someone. Many times we have to tolerate something that can be very irritating especially for those who have to wear a hearing aide. Your thoughts?

This friendly’s has done us wrong several times now. We stopped getting food there for a long time and decided to try again tonight. Half of one of our sandwiches was soaking wet, seems like it was dropped in water or something, not edible. (No it wasn’t condensation, this was soaked all the way through). The ice cream sundae we ordered which usually comes in a ice cream sundae container came in a box. We usually eat a little and toss in the freezer to snack on at later times. This my friends is not reusable. Looks horrendous as well. I believe our bill was $83 and feels like we got $15 worth of edible food. What a waste of money and restaurant space! Won’t be back!

The server my friend and I had today was terrible. She forgot the soup that we asked for to come out before our meals. Our food came out and it was cold. Like it had been sitting for a while. She disappeared multiple times for long periods and the overall experience wasn’t great. Definitely has gone downhill recently. Will not be back.

This location is run down with torn vinyl benches on several booths, dirty carpet and bathrooms, and overall in need of a complete rehaul. I had the lobster roll and was ill within 20 minutes. Our server was friendly enough but this will definitely be my last visit to this location.

Ordered to go burger and fries. NO MAYO. Burger had mayo. Fries were literally the worst ever. Greasy, and soggy. Unacceptable. I returned the food for a refund (did not want it remade, wanted to eat elsewhere). Was told refund would take a week because I ordered on the app. Still no refund almost 4 weeks later. Will not be back.
