Very disappointed stopped in for a quick bite with my daughter waited about 20 mins just for drinks an then about another 35 for out food. I work as a chef an I understand the industry well an legit there were five tables about 6 servers . Over staffed still very slow I was watching food hit the window every 20 mins a table at a time. I will not be back unfortunately . My daughter had the option to get a free Sunday with her meal an She being 8 years old said let’s go eles we’re I don’t wanna wait even longer

Went here a few days ago. Waitstaff was nice however it was pretty unsanitary and you could tell they did not keep up with the place all that well. There was a hair in my water and something black floating in my dad’s water as well. On top of that, at the bottom of my friend-z was a small piece of plastic! I’m not even sure how that happened, but I am certain that I will not be returning back here

Food was ok but not great. Got the fish and chips and fish tasted like it was frozen. The coleslaw was so plain and French fry’s was a disappointment. I was never asked for a refill on my soda and took for ever to get my sauce I ordered. Prop will not come hear again.

Picked up deserts from the To Go counter on two seperate visits. The classic signature Fribble shake is now more than $7, above $8 with any basic tip – which seems extraordinary for really a basic machine made shake (I think Shake Shack is only $5-6, by comparison). The restaurant looks like a former “Bob’s Big Boy” or Dennys location, and it’s not in great physical shape. If you’re dying for Friendly’s brand ice cream and food from the grill, this is OK but I’d prefer Johnny Rockets anyway.

The go-to place for all my cravings, you just can’t go wrong here! Everything is delicious, the chicken tenders, the burgers sliders, super melts, and of course the best ice cream to top it off. Great variety and great stuff. I’ll be back again soon for sure

I go here for the beef stroganoff!!!!!!!!! And I told myself I’ll keep coming back for it for the rest of my life. And they took if out of the menu I’m so disappointed. A++++ for the service and people though. But not having the beef stroganoff is just a big bummer.

while dinning in saturday night i saw employee with a black hoodie, with green writing on it and grey puffy jacket. saw her walking around not even in uniform, blandly drunk and slurring words she was so unprofessional. she was laughing and being so loud that i couldn’t even hear my own conversation. definitely such a terrible experience never coming in again when employees are going to be drunk at their job!!!
