I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a bit. I ate here and had two tacos for around $10 at lunch time. I had excellent service from who I believe was either the owner or a manager. He was all smiles and was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the needs of his guests.

Frida’s Tacos is a cute new restaurant by the USC campus. I went to try it and it was wonderful! It has very cute decorations and fast customer service. We got our food quickly and everything was tasty. I had the chicken tacos and they came with a fantastic green salsa. I will definitely be back and I am excited to have a good restaurant on campus !

This place is AMAZING!! The food is to die for and the customer service is top tier!! The atmosphere is calm and the staff are very accommodating and nice. I highly recommend this restaurant. Great service and food this is a restaurant the cares about its customers and the quality of food. Don’t say I didn’t warn you if you get a little sleepy after you finish your meal. ☺️

The owner is very friendly, as well as the staff. The food was fresh and tasted homemade and authentic. The food could have been seasoned a little more, as well as the salsas. The guacamole was the best! The pork carnitas tacos were very good and the Birria was amazing.

food was average. the portions are small for the price. i got the shrimp bowl which was good. however, the portions were too small for the $13 i paid for it. the place is really quiet and doesn’t really have a friendly ambience.

No disrespect, but I thought it was just ok. The steak taco was not bad but seemed like a small portion to me. The pork was ok too, but pretty greasy. They both seemed a bit pricey for the portion, but then again, so is everything else these days. There’s nothing bad about the food per se, I think it’s ok for a quick meal, and for the students to have something that’s not a chain restaurant taco, but there are several other places around town that are significantly better, in my opinion. This is probably more authentic so, to each his own. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. The restaurant itself is very clean and nicely decorated with a cool Frida Kahlo theme. I will probably give it another try soon and try something different.

So disappointing. Me and my husband came last night and drove from Lexington based off of the good reviews. I’m guessing the reviews were made by college kids who don’t know what good food is. I got 2 steak tacos and 1 chicken. My husband got 1 chicken and 2 chorizo. Everything was so bland and cold. We also got queso, salsa and chips. They also were bland and the queso was cold. Absolutely no flavor or spice.

The food is priced and comes in servings like a food truck. It’s not a traditional restaurant where they seat you and order to the waiter. You just go up to the cashier and order, then choose your seats and they will bring the food to you! The tortillas are hand made and I got the steak and chicken tacos. They were delicious! The horchata and churros were also good.
