She knew that I wanted to use my grandparent’s cake topper and worked with me to create a cake that was beautiful and highlighted the topper. Not to mention, it was DELICIOUS and fairly priced. Even my checkout experience was lovely working with the employees behind the coffee bar. Would highly recommend Fresh Start!

I love their flavored chai teas and they have a wonderful buckeye bar and chocolate caramel shortbread! Their regular shortbread is great for breakfast, but the chocolate caramel shortbread is a super sweet dessert! Oh, and I absolutely adore the Barista’s! They’re so nice and personable! Great service, beverages, and food. Coffee and tea have been made quickly and correctly every time, and the staff is very friendly. The environment is cute and has local art in the back to browse while you enjoy your drink. But the real winner here is the scratch-made biscuit sandwiches. Holy moly the cheese and egg biscuit sandwich is GOOD. And not just “good for a quick bite” good . It’s “drive out of my way to get one of these biscuits” good.
