My wife and I were passing through Redding and looking for a quick and fresh alternative to fast food. We randomly came across Fresh Fire Grill and thought we’d check it out. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. Expect to pay $12 to $15 per person (which in my opinion for the food we received was well worth it) for lunch. The menu was simple and easy to navigate. The Poke Tuna Fire Bowl I ordered was sooo tasty. My wife ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and enjoyed every bite. If you’re in the area give Fresh Fire Grill a try for fresh, fast, delicious and well prepared food.

The California Chicken Salad is my new all time favorite salad! Avocado, tangy Asian slaw, diced cumbers, onions, tomatoes, salad and grilled chicken! Super fresh food and very clean dining. Mello music. Great stop down I-5!

Fresh and tasty as the name implies, I would recommend getting the small bowl as the big ball doesn’t seem to have much more except for maybe a scoop of rice and a little more meat. They’re exactly the same size bowl. The Asian taco was pretty darn good but the tortillas could have been steamed or cooked a little better as they were a little on the tough side. I saw a lot of people getting juices and I kind of wished I would have got one, but the water was fine at this time 😉

Five stars for Fresh Fire Grill! Though I’ve never set foot in the restaurant, I feel like I’ve been there 100 times, thanks to DoorDash. The Korean BBQ? It’s nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Every time I order, the flavors dance on my tastebuds, and I’m transported to a flavor paradise. Their consistency, taste, and delivery service make it an easy choice for any night in. If you haven’t tried Fresh Fire Grill, especially the Korean BBQ, you’re missing out!

I ordered a California salad. The dressing portion was very small. One definitely need to ask for another. Although the food was great there was a pool of water in the bottom of the bowl when I finished. Would have preferred a dryer salad.

Kind of disappointed! Stopped for dinner. They where out of beef and chicken was 25 minutes out. Ok, we both wanted the California chicken salad. Where not pick, asked to substitute the teriyaki steak for the chicken in the salad. They agreed that would be OK. But they upcharge us for the Teriyaki meal and deleted the avocado that should have come with it. Not my fault chicken was 25 minutes out, we where just trying to keep it quick and simple!
