I have to review this cart, as amazing Italian food is hard to find in Portland. The owner was super friendly, suggesting a pasta with red sauce as the lasagna I wanted was sold out. He offered up a delicious sample meatball too. And the cheesy garlic bread. Both were delicious- on par with the cooked from scratch meals our immigrant Italian neighbors made when I was younger. Yes, it took 20min or so to get my order, but this isn’t a McDonalds drive thru. Totally worth the wait.

I waited over 45 minutes to get a plain tasting pasta when I ordered a shrimp Alfredo, they don’t have the price on the cart and they don’t have time to answer any question, i just wasted my time and money

This is Italian food heaven. My toddler and I were walking through the food trucks for the first time and this is the place we picked! You must try the marinara pasta and chicken soup. Thank you Fresco ❤️

My husband went to order and was told they were making sauce and it’d be 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we were told it would be another 25-30… reviews show this is a common issue. Italian food in a food cart is a promising idea, but clearly it’s lacking execution.

Food was mediocre after waiting almost 45 minutes. We ordered chicken Alfredo and spaghetti, but both were lacking in flavor. We ordered garlic bread as well, but it was also flavorless. Very bad experience overall. Will not go again.

Ordered 2 spaghetti and meatballs and 1 garlic bread. Cost is ridiculous for what we got. School lunch cafeteria quality. Took us 45 minutes to get our order when there was no one else we seen the whole time ordering from there. When I finally got our good someone else walked up and the guy told them they were not taking orders. We were their only customer for about an hour and then they turned away customers. I will never eat there again. Do not recommend.

As everyone stated, 45 minute wait for rotini with sauce that was too spicy for my kid to eat. No prices listed and no mention that it will be 45 minutes. Never again.

My sister had an order of Shrimp alfredo, meanwhile the rest of my family and I picked somewhere else to eat, not even 15-20 minutes our foods were already ready except for the pasta, we waited into what turned into an half an hour wait, and we were already finishing eating. We had to literally walk up to them 2 times to ask what happened, and they were all lost and were working pretty slow. The 3rd time we went up to them, we were mad and almost canceled the oreder, after finally waiting for our 45 min pasta that could’ve atleast been worth it, it was the saddest plain pasta we could’ve obtained. No thank you, never going back again!

One single fettuccine took nearly 25 minutes at a time it wasn’t very busy (I didn’t see anyone else order from this cart). Everyone else in our group that ordered from other carts was done with their food by the time the pasta came. We checked with the cart after about 20 minutes and the guy in the cart responded by yelling, “I’m still working on it!”. Noodles came out over cooked to the point they were mushy. Wouldn’t normally post negative reviews, but this is the second time this has happened at this same cart, but last time it was busier, so we thought it was an exception.

Impossible to find out the price beforehand. Not shown on sign or online. Twice I tried asking the guy working ( only see the same guy) and got a smart aleck response both times. Was told one million dollars. It didn’t feel like a joke, whatever. Too bad since I go to the food carts often.
