Love this place, and their atmosphere, but they offer very low quality deserts (from who knows where, and that has not changed in the 4 years that we have lived in this area, at any if their locations), but I really love their bubble tea. The service has always been extremely slow though. Takes forever to order, and it always takes forever to get our order. For those 3 Cons, we rarely visit this place. I also do not think my mother likes the way they make their Cappuccino, and she usually has had to complain about it. Employees have usually been very nice though, and I do love the atmosphere.

Nice staff. Asked for half syrup so that I could taste the espresso and it still tasted like flavored milk. Bought an additional shot but that didn’t help. Bad after taste on the espresso.

9-29-19 Sunday morning. I enjoy French press coffee much more than any of the other gourmet coffee locations. Overall the location was clean the product was good. I go to this location often. Here lately the people that has been working at the location have not been sociable. That goes A long way when you are a customer. Good morning good evening thank you for coming a smile or anything would be great considering how many gourmet coffee locations they have out there. I always go to this location and I will continue. I would just recommend putting some happy people in there.

So I usually go to a different location and I get the coconut cream LAfreeze. Today I went to the Williams location and asked for the coconut cream LAfreeze. Apparently that is some thing that I’ve made up and the people at my normal store just accommodate me, however the young lady that was working today went out of her way to mimic the drink requested. She did an amazing job. It tasted exactly the same. She was amazing. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but I didn’t so if you read this, thank you so much you’re the best.!!

The place is clean and visually appealing with a clean restroom available. The young man who took my order was friendly, helpful and I was able to make substitutions to my order without any problem. I ordered a chicken press sandwich which was prepared quickly and most importantly, it was delicious. Lastly, I asked about a military veteran discount, and was pleasantly surprised that they did have one and applied it to my order. I’m from out of state, but if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely return.
