The most amazing, kind, friendly staff and owners ever. Truly some of the best food i’ve had in awhile. Drinks were SO good and such a great price. The food was on the pricier side but for the portion size, quality, and taste it was well worth it. This is definitely our favorite date night spot, or even just to stop in for drinks… I know i’ll be here weekly.

I had the pleasure of dining at French Oak last night, and it was such a wonderful experience! The ambiance is beautiful, the staff is super inviting, and the food was delicious!

Really great food with an amazing ambiance and incredibly friendly staff. It’s overall very well-priced and the quality is so high, it really can’t be beat. I really loved everything that I ate there and I can’t recommend it enough. I look forward to coming back!

Food and Cocktails were good, but I can’t justify the cost of the bill. The menu makes it very difficult to come here regularly. Owner and chef need to overhaul the menu to attract people and keep them coming back.

Firstly, the dinner menu is small, not many choices. Anyway, there were 4 of us for dinner on Friday night. Staff is very nice, but it was very crowded and they need more help. We had the lobster mac and cheese for an appetizer, it was huge and delicious (really could be a meal). Then Escargot, came in a mushroom sauce, it was so so, should really be in garlic and butter. For dinner we had the salmon and lentils, which was really good. My husband had the gnocchi, it was a quarter of the size of the lobster mac and cheese appetizer, and very rich. It is a nice place, they need to have some specials for dinner. It is pricey, especially if you have drinks.

I’m so surprised to see the reviews up to this point. The first time that we’ve dined here I had French onion soup that was $16 and it was subpar wanted to give this place a second chance and tonight ordered a shrimp cocktail that had four very small shrimp for $15 then a salad added chicken to it for a total of $30. Between my husband and I had three drinks with tip. The bill came to $180. The quality of the food was subpar, and we will definitely not be coming back. A very disappointing experience..

Service and food were very good. They have an interesting menu. We got burgers which were awesome. I’m sure all the other menu items are equally as good.

First of all it’s American not French. Service is slow but friendly. Food was average. Lobster Mac was good. Escargot was ok. Gnocchi, pasta and salmon were sub par. No reason to go there… Ton’s of better restaurants in the area. Alcohol was pricey. $150 per couple.

It looked great. We were a group and had finished a nice hike. We ordered a french onion soup, sangria and burgers. However, I cannot understand how a soup cost 17$. Burgers about 22$. Math makes no sense. Service was good but the issue came when we went to pay. They double charged a credit card and then claimed it was declined, after push back the manager checked again and confirmed it had been charged, and cancelled and so it wasnt going through. (Security) I then payed all in one card, the manager apologized refusely for the confusion, gave us the receits alleged and assured us that it would be returned. This visit was for Easter Sunday, so almost two weeks; yet the refund still has not been done. The opposite, it was charged on top of already paying. We basically payed two times. Dissappointed, overpriced.
