Management needs changing. This place always serves cold and stale food. Food sits uncovered all day long. Flies swarming around rice and meat. Only one employee working throughout the day. The employees working there have decent customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this place go to a different location. Or go down the street and grab a taco instead.

Ordered a half bird burrito for pick up.. what is this?? It’s supposed to look like a mini version of their regular burrito, also they refused to give me another cup after I crushed the other one accidentally when trying to put on the lid.. worst freebirds experience

I watched a young man running around doing everything on his own, answering calls for orders , making the food and also take out. I was a bit confused and I asked him did he not have any help? his reply was no, ma’am I don’t, but I can do it ! With exhaustion in his voice and tired, tired eyes, he put on a genuine smile for me. His service was impeccable! What I didn’t like, was how horrible a manager came out from behind, the office space (1) why we he not helping this young man who was overloaded in orders?) also the manner in which he spoke to the young man was snobby and unhelpful and was constantly RUDE TO THIS YOUNG MAN!!! Our service staff members who show up and show out every day to not only get a check for their family but for us to make dinner or lunch for our family’s.. I tried to tip the young man, but he would not accept it, and just gave me a warm smile . Freebirds management is very POOR , we need a new GM AND SOME HARD ELBOW GREASE TO CLEAN UP! , it shows in the number of staff hardly any , restaurant cleanliness (ours is beltline Dallas Texas) and wowzers it’s been getting worse these last 4 -5 months. Used to love the food , but I won’t stand for watching another person being bullied! DO BETTER FREEBIRDS!! Do better

Normally, Freebird’s is always a great experience! This time the food was cold, But worse, there was only one employee there. This employee had an awful attitude, couldn’t hear her hardly at all, and didn’t bother replacing items they were out of. Mind you, since she was alone, I suppose she couldn’t cook anything. I brought my Mother in law for her first experience there. Oops. Management needs work at this one.
