We were really impressed with this place! All of the car-themed memorabilia is a fun touch. They have a nice patio and sometimes have live music. The food was great as was the service. The menu was on the short side but they have a lot of good options. I would recommend!

Service is always good, it’s very kid friendly in the afternoon/early evening. Kids love the butter noodles, fries and oranges there. Definitely recommend the shrimp tacos and Cajun pasta.

Fred’s Garage is a great stop with a fantastic outdoor patio and a fun interior design. The food is really good – we had the salmon burger, the griddle burger (very tasty!!) and the sweet Chili chicken tenders. Everything was really good. The reason for the 4 stars is the quality of the service – our waiter was a tad bit inattentive and not the friendliest, but he got the job done. The place was packed on a Monday night so the staff did have their plates full (pun!). Will definitely be back for the great food and atmosphere!

Apparently this is the place to go with many small loud children. The noise level is off the charts but it may have been that we were there early on a Saturday. We could not hear our own conversation. The Chicken Salad Sammy I had was ok but missing something. The service was great.

We went on a Wednesday for some live music. The band was outstanding, the cool weather was unexpected so we moved indoors. We had great service from the bar. The salad was delicious and the beer was cold. The live band was a bonus.

I am revising my 1 star review from when the restaurant initially opened. Since then they have made great strides and a major pivot for the menu. NOW: the food is more main stream (but still has an edge in a good way), priced well (slightly high), and most importantly, now has good fun food for everyone. Fun place to go with the kids. We now go much more often, and love the location in the summer with all the outdoor seating.

Food was good, service from our waiter and hostess was good. What rubbed me and my friends the wrong way was this male employee who seemed to either be the GM or owner (not our actual waiter) blatantly came up to our table in passing as we were closing out and unsolicitedly said “you tip 20%”. I worked in the service industry for a long time and that’s just completely unprofessional and out of line for a worker to blurt out to a table in the middle of service.
