One lil angry rude, no customer service skills for a mature woman. First she didn’t let me finish ordering and face me a total. SIGN READS.. NO ADDITIONAL ORDERING AT WINDOW!! No Salutations nor positive attitude, cuts you off. Mind the fact I was the only person at the place. Order took awhile but she was on her cell phone. After driving to the window, receive a total. And ask for a Large order of onion rings. She then says, no additional ordering…. I’m thinking, (Seriously) I nicely comment well ma’am you didn’t let me finish ordering. She raises her voice and gives the total. She gives me my order, for which I request Ketchup. She literally shoves them in my hand. I tell her”thank you ma’am.” She then rolled her eyes at me, then I say, “excuse me ma’am!’ That’s very rude and not very nice if you don’t like your job find another and be happy! She then yells at me and says,” WELL YOU DON’T HAVE TO COME HERE STUPID!” WOW!

Well as we all know Fred’s fish are slowly closing down here in the south side they only exist in the north side we have one here in the south side and let me tell you when we were little my grandmother loved Fred’s fish every Friday and especially during Lent. I pray to my God that they will make a comeback and open up more Fred’s fish here in the south side. For those who love and enjoy one of the old establishment of Fred’s fish there is one on Pleasanton Road. And of course prices have changed but the food is still out of this world. It reminds me of my grandmother when she first took was there at the age of 6 that’s how long this company’s been. I love their butterfly shrimp. And fried calamari
