If you are anywhere near this place, eat here. First, the restaurant is clean and cute. The staff is great. The staff all work together well so the food comes quick and hot and your coffee is never empty.

We had heard good things about Fred’s and decided to have lunch there today. The place was packed, but there was a table for us in the south dining room. We were greeted promptly and our order taken right away, even though the server was swamped. Our food arrived a short time later and it was great. The portions were large and well presented. The prices were quite reasonable and the service was excellent. We highly recommend Fred’s 29 Cafe.

I really enjoyed Fred’s Cafe. We got there between breakfast and lunch so both of us decided to have breakfast! The restaurant was busy, but that didn’t end of the service in the least. We had water and menus on our table less than 5 minutes after we walked in, the waitress was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, our order was to our table very quickly and the food was excellent! The prices really seemed low for the times we are living in but sure enough those were the prices and we both got out of there with two breakfasts and all the trimmings for under $20 for the both of us. Like I said the food was outstanding, it was hot, the service was excellent, the whole experience was really really good! All American in Midwest City was our Cafe of choice until we wandered into Fred’s and now we have a new Cafe of choice! Do yourself a favor and when you’re out and about stop by Fred’s, you’ll think yourself for it!
