This restaurant was amazing. The food was so good. It was a bit a pricey, but I would definitely go again. I recommend the bruschetta con pesche, pizza fra diabolo, and for desert the butterscotch Blondie a la mode. Everything was made fresh. Best place for fire oven pizza.

Fredo’s is such an outstanding place and they’re only just getting started. The drink menu is not overpriced in my opinion for the handcrafted cocktails and the effort and time the bartenders put into the drinks and the experience. If you want a cheap vodka soda this is not the place. The cocktails are creative, high quality, and tasty and unlike anywhere else in town. The pizza is my favorite in town and they have an incredible Caesar salad. The atmosphere, food, drinks, and experience are all a 10/10 for me

The ambiance transports you to a different city and let’s you feel like you’re not in Bakersfield anymore. I really enjoy it’s open, chill, modern and calm environment to enough a night out with friends or a date and have the ability to talk. The drinks are amazing! I’ve tried three so far and they do not disappoint.

Pizza is good . Atmosphere is good. Drinks are good. Only thing missing is a real menu. They only serve pizza and salad here which is okay because they are simply starting up and need the cash flow to grow. I support this business. I am sure the menu will become bigger as they grow. If your a cheap skate go buy a taco, don’t come here. Quality is found in this spot.

Make your evening restaurant. Nice room, nice vibe and serious pizza. Margarita pizza fans get ready. Authentic on all levels. Had the pesto pizza too and it was very good. The music isn’t too loud as some said and while there are a couple expensive drinks, there are also fair price drinks in ‘unshrunken’ glasses. Fair wine prices and nice pours. I’ll be back.
