I’ve been here a few times in the food is delicious. I’ve never been through the drive-thru until last night. I waited for about 15 minutes until I was able to pay and then waited a few more minutes for my food. There was only one car in front of me. Everybody is friendly and helpful. Just wish it was a little bit faster.

We almost always get hot fresh food here, except for the fries sometimes. They were cold – again. The California burger and the flounder fish sandwich are excellent! One of the best fast food fish sandwiches out there, although it is pricey. It has tartar sauce, cheese and pickle slices. Nice big interior, plenty of indoor seating. Friendly staff, good service.

The burger’s flavor is amazing! It tastes like a home made burger but the burgers are small. The fries are good but too much salty. Chicken fingers are ok. The place still nice and clean. The staff is great! Next time I will ask for no salt on my fries.

Salty Sauce
The exterior advertised the patty melt. I really had high hopes, but something seemed really off about it. The wait was super long, and there was only one person in front of me. So I’m not sure what the hold up was. I might have understood the long wait if the burger was really good, but it wasn’t. It tasted extremely salty and was smashed into a pancake. It didn’t look or taste right. Edible, but barely. I upgraded for 2 bucks to get the cheese curds. They were good but not extra 2 dollars good. Pepsi had ice even though I asked for no ice. Cup is really small. I see potential but today was not it. All of these things seemed like they could be easily fixed but the staff probably just didn’t care. I’ll pass.

I’ll be honest. Usually my trip here takes a little bit longer than most burger joints. But the end product is better so I feel it’s a fair trade. It’s the only place outside of a diner or home I can get a respectable patty melt. Onion rings are the bomb and the frozen treats are outstanding. Again one of the few places I can get a malt instead of a shake.

This is my first time coming to this location . I have been to the West Charleston and Decatur location a few times , but it has been a while . I got the Double Cheeseburger , Onion Rings , Cherry Pepsi , and a Mini PBC n B Sundae . I have to say I didn’t enjoy this time as much as I did at the other location . The cheeseburger patties are thin , which I already knew , but this time they were just a little over cooked and dry . The onion rings were perfect , but they now have the jalapeno fry sauce now in little cups like McDonald’s nugget sauce instead of the pumps and it doesn’t taste as spicy as before .

i usually always order from here because i love their food. but i recently ordered from here on uber eats. i got a steak burger & chili cheese fries. steak burger was great but when i opened my fries there was no chili on it, only cheese. i tasted the fries & the cheese tasted like vomit. i probably won’t be ordering from here again.

I drove through and ordered the Bacon burger with NO cheese NO pickle meal. Parked to eat and there was cheese on the burger. Went back through and had to have them redo it and showed the receipt. They redid it Without the bacon. Went back through and they kept looking at me through the window and then talking then over the shoulder thumb pointing towards me at the window. Then the quick glance. I drove 800 miles that day and was starving. All I wanted was a burger and never got one. Drove off with the burger sitting on the window sill of the drive through. Very disappointed. I paid for food I never got.

Thought to order. Good food. Little bland we order regular cheese burgers and chili cheese fries. They have shoe string fries so got soggy quickly. Overall good customer service. Nothing extra.
