Was excited to try this place. 2 cars ahead of me in the drivethru. Ordered at 12:31. Finally got the food at 12:47. Figured worth the wait for fresh food. Chicken strips were barely warm and tasted old. Fries were cold and soggy. They forgot my dipping sauce for the strips. Way overpriced for average “fast” food.

After waiting 20 minutes in line, I picked up my sundae which was conveniently placed in a brown bag so I could not see that it had been sitting for the same 20 minutes and was a melted mess. The attached photo was taken in the parking lot of this location. I did not not have another 20 minutes to waste trying to obtain a replacement. It went into the dumpster. My last visit to Freddy’s.

So I have to hand it to this place as the ice cream is very delicious and fresh. It was fast as well. The place where I’m so confused is I waited approximately 10-15 minutes for a double burger and when I received it, it was lukewarm. The outside of it was even cool to the touch. I’m so baffled. I don’t know if it’s a matter of having a lack of staff or if it’s a lack of care. I definitely won’t be eating here again. Sure dessert is a great option but I wouldn’t recommend the burger. For a place that touts frozen custard and steak burgers they need to leave the steak burgers out.

Normally decent place to eat. Today the burgers were paper thin (could actually see through them) and the bun was smashed thin. The fries was about half of what is normally served and most of them were only about an inch long. I had $10 in award points so perhaps that’s why the meal reflected the quantity and quality.

Avoid the Drive-Thru!!! Ordered the Chili Cheese Dog ($6.99) and there was only ONE vehicle in front of me and it was already at the drive-thru window when I placed my order. It took 15 minutes before the vehicle in front of me to get their order. I paid my bill and it took another 10 minutes before I got my order.
