My family and I don’t eat out at restaurants often. Today was our day to do so, we were greeted by Alejandro who took our order; he is amazing! Repeated everything back didn’t rush my sons as they ordered he repeated everything back (A RARITY). The vibe is excellent here felt very classic in nature. Corina was equally amazing a servant at heart. My wife asked if they could clean the high chair and she was so happy to do so. Definitely made our night. I hope they get the recognition they deserve y’all have a pretty special team here. Thank you again

We went to Freddy’s Sunday afternoon with some friends; and to be honest, I didn’t know what to expect. I saw some of the reviews and was semi concerned. But there was nothing to worry about on my part. The food came out hot and quickly. The fries here are better than the onion rings(!), and the cheese curds are even better than the fries! I ordered the California burger and it was decent. Then… DESSERT! If you are on the fence, I had the dirt and worms custard and it was great. I don’t think that Freddy’s is worth the drive to the Westside from the Northeast, but if I’m already on that side, I would come back.

We love going to this Freddy’s! My daughter and I come every Thursday after gymnastics. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. They treat us like family here. They spoil myself and my daughter with kindness and even remember her favorite ice cream. ❤️ I am so blessed we found this place as we’re new to El Paso. I highly recommend if you ever want a good burger or hot dog, come to this Freddy’s!

Edit: when i left home my dogs didnt know it was the last time they saw me. Dont go on a sunday night. I got 4 hot dogs, they forgot one told me they didnt have hot dog buns anymore they offered in a hamburger bun i said fine. I ended up with 3 hamdogs. And 1 regular dog that wasnt the one i ordered. Concrete good tho.

Good tasting burgers and custard desserts! Even though the lines inside and drive thru were long service was fast and our order was prepared accurately. I just wish our burgers had come with more sauce in them. We asked for extra fry sauce and we were told they had run out.

I am a Freddy’s fan and would drive to the east side (couldn’t wait for this one to open) to eat when we had the craving. BUT every time we have gone to this location, it has been a disappointment. Missing food (onion rings), cold food (cold chili dog), green Sierra Mist, rude staff (on our first visit), and this time…we got raw bacon and a raw burger. I can eat a medium well steak, but could not gulp the rest of this down. The east side always had super crisp delicious bacon, this seemed microwaved, at best.

The store was extraordinary really cleaned, one of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever been in. The employees were all courteous and helpful the food was great we had two double meat original burgers fries and a turtle sundae. The meat had an excellent taste, they were shoestring french fries not overcooked or undercooked just right wonderful taste also. The turtle sundae it’s made with custard very rich and flavorful. They play rock and roll music on their music system have pictures of all the history of the owner of the company. There’s a sign up from the owner and founder of Freddy’s and it says we will never start cooking your burger until after you have ordered it and it tastes that way very fresh. I would highly recommend stopping by and trying them!

A lot of old people like to go there and they don’t like to see new fresh faces. I went in there with my kids and we got a lot of dirty looks. The people that work there are very nice. Very fast service. Very friendly. Food was good. I just think they could put a little more effort in it. Like use real cheese instead of the nacho cheese. In there chili cheese fries.
