Great food, great service. You know it’s good when your kid will pull out the onion slices from the burger and eat them plain. Shoestring fries are fantastic, and the jalapeño fry sauce has just a subtle hint of jalapeño so you know it’s there but you’re not going to feel a burn, just a nice flavor.

Freddy’s at this location has become really lackluster. It wasn’t our food that was bad, nor the staff, but the cleanliness has taken a turn for the worse. When I came in to eat, there was no one there, and none of the tables, the counters, floors, nor the door handles were clean. It was really offputting to be honest. I really think this place needs a massive upgrade, as the tables, chairs, and tiling have seen better days, all scraped up and worn to various degrees.

Doesn’t look like my when you’re driving by but as a first time steak burger eater I’d definitely come back! The staff was friendly and one staff member was cleaning and disinfecting the place after each guest. They also walk around when you’re dining in and ask if you need anything else. Very family friendly and group friendly restaurant. The fries are small and delicious. These steakburgers are better than the competition by far! I like the self serve sauce area and drink area. Juicy burgers and perfectly cooked fries. They also have jalapeño fry sauce and Freddys famous fry sauce. Both are really good.

Drive thru asked for unsweetened tea got sweet tea. Asked for fries got cheese curds. I’m allergic to onions. Ask for no onions and no tomatoes I know you heard me cuz it goes we don’t put tomatoes on our burgers so I was like okay well then no onions. Got the burger got home it was cold had onions. And since they gave me two orders of cheese curds one for my wife and one for me they were stacked on top of one another and it was like one block of cheese from the pressure just pressing it down.And when we went back to try to fix it we were told we had already left it had been too long. So I guess if you order from get your food check it really good or else you’re going to be stuck with whatever you ordered even if it wasn’t what you wanted or you can’t eat it because it’s got food on it that you can’t eat because they didn’t want to make fresh

The food is always bomb here. Went in with my wife after working 13 hrs shift on nothing to eat so we can really enjoy ourselves. The manager here is always on top of things, and we love her to pieces, I got the double steakburger meal, extra side of large cheese curds, and a lrg seasonal keylime concrete to go and it was all phenomenal!!

Their regular/medium drink size has now shrunk to a child’s meal size. Boo. You already make a ridiculous profit on the cost of soft drinks as it is. Food is pretty good, wait times can be a bit long but as long as that’s because the food is made fresh then oh well. Service is typically friendly but sometimes a little incompetent for lack of a better word (ex: mainly when it comes to applying rewards).

We were there today and ordered our food , everyone was friendly etc and we sat down the power went off and we ate in the dark with a couple more people in there . The staff were having to turn away customers due to the power issue . The manager was super nice and came out sat down and talked to us all . At the end of our meal he offered everyone in there a free custard . He didn’t ask for anything in return . It was nice to see a smile on the kids face and I highly recommend this location !
