Good place to go for a different kind of burger and a shake. To me a bit pricey, $24 for a patty melt with no fries and a single burger with cheese and fries both with a drink seem high to me. First time there but to me there are other places that are a better value.

Brought my family of 5 for dinner and dessert. Burgers and fries were great. Service was great. Ordered 5 Sundays later and they were all melted. I looked at them then looked at the employee to see if she would explain but she just smiled. We were tired and ready to go home so we just ate them melted. Never had this problem at other Freddy’s.

Me and my mom wanted some ice cream on the way back from a road trip. Two double vanilla waffle cones is what I ordered. When they handed us the ice-creams they were in cups and completely melted. The woman serving us told us that their ice cream was “a little soft”. We asked if these were even doubles because of the lack of ice cream in each cup. All I’m saying is if the ice-cream is so soft that you had to put it in a cup so it won’t get everywhere, don’t serve it. No one wants soupy ice-cream, it’s just disgusting.

Food was good, I have eaten at Freddy’s in multiple locations, the service by the register staff here was deplorable. Complete lack of interest as the order was taken. Kept repeatedly rubbing head/hair and then rubbing her eyes with both hands and handed out cups to us. We actually chose not to use them as we were concerned she may have had some kind of eye infection. Even if not it just isn’t a good look or service from the restaurant

I normally never have an issue here and frequent here often. These old, soggy, nasty fries were deemed acceptable to serve. Based on my previous experiences, I was astounded. These were so inedible, that they went straight to the trash. The burger was ice cold and tasted equally old. Also inedible. Maybe next time will be better.

If I could give less than one star I would. They spent a lot of time making the place look good, and little to no time on actual customer service. Some days you get lucky but for the most part it’s just a bunch of kids waiting for a paycheck to come with no regard for quality nor service. I’m not playing Russian roulette anymore with this place, this is definitely my last visit.

Do not go threw drive in ur food will be cold.I have never went inside but its always busy,so Im assuming has to be better inside I would hope.//After posting g this the manager called me and said that they didn’t like that the food was cold and would make it right. First of all my fish sandwich did not look appetizing at all! It was $8. I was also pulling little white strings from my mouth after taking a bite. I don’t mind paying for a good sandwich but this was NOT good. The presentation, the cost for just the sandwich and the strange texture. Maybe it was over or under cooked.I don’t know but I will never order it again. I would love my $8 back!

The burger was delicious, the fries were slightly overcooked and had no salt on them. The reason I am giving this location a 4 star rating, is because the frozen custard machine is in need of replacing. Not good for business, and no good for customers and service. I am not going to give stars for atmosphere due to the fact we went through the drive through window.
