It’s extremely filthy inside, tables and seats, floors (sticky) and bathrooms; the music cuts in and out; and the employees are so unfriendly to the point of rude, to include who we believe is the manager. Employees and manager were standing around behind the counter swinging their hands , talking and eating sundaes and otherwise doing nothing (no cleaning) because there was hardly a customer in the place. Bathrooms were out of hand soap which means even employees are likely not washing. Burgers were ultra thin and both the burgers and fries were luke warm. It was a cringe experience and we got out as quickly as we could. We’ll obviously never be back.

I prefer sanitation over friendly customer service. I got friendly service but I had to sanitize my debit card. The girl at the first window (a younger blonde girl), literally had her hands in her pants . She was nice but being sanitary is a part of professionalism and customer service. If that’s what customers can see, what goes on that we can’t see

The Oklahoma state manager was my cashier and I have never had someone be so rude to me at this location like she was. Sam the store manager was very apologetic for her behavior when I talked to him and very nice, the crew was very friendly and thorough in their work. The service was quick and my custards were great and weren’t melting in this heat.The store could definitely be cleaner but all in all was fine. My only real issue was the boss-lady being so rude. I used to work here a few years ago and if anyone was as rude as she was to a guest corrective action would have been taken. I tried to be helpful and she became very snappy and made multiple assumptions about me and my group, she alone would be a reason I would never eat at Freddy’s again. I hope that everyone else at RKS venture corporation is much more friendly and guest oriented than she was. I hope that she treats her crew and other guests better than she treated me and my group.

I did a pick up here and this place is a mess. Food and trash everywhere. I hope this management cleans their restaurant. I added photos to show some of this mess. I would not eat here. Firehouse subs is so much cleaner than this. I recommend Firehouse Subs because it’s a very clean restaurant and very good foods.

Went through the drive thru and got a combo meal, I asked for a large fry and was charged for a large fry. I got home with the food and realized I got no fries at all. I decided to get over it and cut my losses even though I paid extra, but while I was eating the sandwich I pulled an insanely long hair out of the food and my mouth. I was so disgusted and had to just trash the food. Very disappointed

Terrible location. We went a couple weeks again and I am still waiting for corporate to reach out. This is not a smashed steak burger, nor is it cooked all the way through. I covered half the bun. For almost $10 a combo this is robbery.

Food here is hit or miss at times. Sometimes the fries are cold or something isn’t put together right. And they need to be more diligent with changing out their gloves. It’s young kids working and they swept the floor and cleaned up then I seen them making someone’s ice cream with the same gloves.
