Normally I do not go out of my way to write reviews about my experiences in restaurants. However, this experience was so awful I feel compelled to warn others. The restaurant appeared quite clean and orderly when I entered. And I will also say the prices were not bad. But out from here things only go down hill fast. My food was wrong I ordered a bacon double and did not receive any bacon. So I took it back and received a fair bit of attitude when I sent it back. Then once I get my bacon double back I realize that they did not put any onion on my burger. At this point I am understandably upset. So I come and again only to be ignored for a solid three minutes. Finally someone acknowledged my presence and fixed the issue. With that classic Freddy’s attitude that seems pervasive in this restaurant. I did not meet anyone from the management but I am sure they are just as disrespectful as their staff. I can not stress this enough do NOT eat here!

I was waited on by Allie, and she was amazing! She even checked on me to see if I liked my food since it was my first time. All of the workers are so sweet and helpful. The food is absolutely to die for! Will definitely be coming back!

We have visited this location several times both in the drive thru and the lobby. Consistently, their service is amazing and the food is delicious. The drive thru has been handled efficiently. When going into the lobby, it is clean and has condiments readily available. We will definitely continue to visit this location!

Opening day, fantastic. In my opinion, better than David’s Burgers and more flavor. I used to make the drive down to NLR but now no need. Got the bacon and cheese triple burger and fries with jalapeno fry sauce. This was well worth the wait.

It’s a pretty good burger place. My granddaughter loves it for it’s thin fries and custard. I like that they can wrap all there burgers in lettuce instead of a bun. The staff is friendly and lobby and bathrooms are kept up and clean.

This Freddy’s reminds me of an older time when they had dinners and burger joints, the staff is friendly always smiling, service is quick, music is low and plenty of seating.. thier food is great never had anything I didn’t like, the frozen custard creations are amazing… step up from bk and mcds but comparable prices ..
