Ordered a hot fudge sundae. If there’s a teaspoon of hot fudge, I’d be surprised. Also ordered a TURTLE sundae. Seems turtle now means hot fudge and pecan…ZERO caramel. Idk what’s up, but I’ll start taking my business elsewhere.

Was very excited to go to Freddy’s again. This was a favorite stop while on a trip in Colorado a couple years ago. I decided to order online while we were finishing up at Costco. When I ordered it gave me an estimate between 9-14 minutes for 2 burgers and an order of fries. Short trip from Costco and we found out that you have to walk in to pickup. Not a big deal if there are parking spaces. I walked in and saw my drink and sauce cup waiting in the pick up area. I decided to sit and wait until the rest arrived. After about 10 minutes and 2 staff checking my ticket I waited in the long line at the counter to see when it would be done. The only answer I received was that it wasn’t done and a shrug of his shoulders. I stepped to the side and waited for another 20 minutes while more people ordered and got their food. During this time 2 more staff checked my ticket and did nothing about it. When it slowed down they moved things around with no purpose to look busy and avoid my gaze. Finally I went and told them to either give me my food or refund it. (30 min after I arrived). Finally went and looked by the area where dine in customers pick up their food and magically found my bag. Got to the car and found that the order was wrong…. Food tasted good although the burgers were pretty thin. Definitely not the experience I had in Colorado.

Was disappointed when I went to order cheese curds to find out they did not have any. Went with my second option of fries and was even more disappointed to open the bag to find these. I’m not sure how this place is even still selling these fries!

Good and fast service but the taste is not worth it! The burger too salty and don’t have any flavor, all you can taste is salt. No meat flavor or grill flavor, the fries were ok. If I go back would be only for custard ice cream.

Fries are the best! Cheese curds are better than Culver’s because the breading isn’t so thick. Good chicken sandwich; chicken had a nice crunch to it. Indoor dining area seems small for the number of customers that this location services. I think the workers are doing their best to keep up with demand.

Got the burger, fries, and ice cream. It was a little difficult to eat the meal, as I had to try and hold the ice cream cone while eating the food. It was all delicious. If getting ice cream, I definitely recommend doing it after the meal and not before.

The food was great. The food service and staff are awsome. The only complaint is it was hard to find a CLEAN place to sit. I was in at 8:30pm, they were not very busy but the dining room was gross. In a restaurant with 10 or so booths and as many tables, only 3 tables had been washed.
