We went to Freddy’s Newnan, Georgia at around 9:20. Me and my husband was about to finish ordering to the cashier when this girl (She has a tatto on her face) approach the register and told us that “We have to make your order to go or carry out because we are short staff and we have to start cleaning”. They are 2 sets of people who are still eating. My husband ask her “Should we just leave?” And she answers “That will be good.” We are in awe with the work ethics of the staff of this Freddy’s branch. They still have 40 mins before the closing time. As a business person we would never turn down a paying customer. If I have a manager or employee like this, they would probably be a former employee of mine after I read this. Kids these days have poor work ethics and business owners like this Freddy’s are the ones who really suffer because they lose our business when we eat somewhere else.

We ate between lunch and dinner time. Was not busy at all. Staff was super slow. The dining area was not clean. Floors and tables needed attention. Custard freezer empty. The custard machines are dirty. Almost like no one cared to do their job. The food was good. The place, over all a disappointment for the price

Used to be a decent place. Three separate times now have come and waited at the drive through for a ridiculous amount of time. Tonight is the second time I’ve driven off. The times are between 8:30-9:30pm. We were told to wait for over 10 minutes, never even put an order in. There were only two other cars in the entire line. They don’t answer calls for ordering ahead, and randomly call back the next day(?). I’m not blaming the workers , this is a well known and well visited place in Newnan that obviously needs to a) hire more people or b) keep people on the shift until later in the evening to help the other workers. McDonalds across the street had exceptional service this evening. McFlurrys were delicious.

We had 12 people for my daughters birthday and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to move 4 tables just to seat everyone. We received or food quickly and it was great.

I’ve only been to this establishment twice since they’ve been opened. The food is just okay to me. My sandwich was lukewarm and lacking in flavor…and I’m not a fan of their skinny fries. The onion rings my husband ordered were delicious.

To be honest we are not fans of the burgers and such but the concrete custard is a must have for our family. The endless toppings and rich taste of the custard keeps us coming back. Wish the burgers were real size and not smash but to each their own. Concrete is what keeps us loyal customers
