Delicious food. The pro move is cheese curds with the caramel sauce . Service was very friendly although the gentleman that took my order mentioned he went to uGA and loves Athens . Will be sure to come back soon. Perhaps next time I can talk some sense into the nice young man who took my order.

My first time with Freddy’s and it was a complete disappointment. I ordered a Double Jalapeno Burger, and it didn’t have a single jalapeno on it. It was just a plain double cheeseburger with nothing on it. The fries were also cold. Based on the wait time, I thought everything would be fresh but not so much. My first experience is probably my last. What a fail.

Freddy’s is a good place for burgers and fries. This area has tons of fast food options but Freddy’s has a distinguishable taste and it’s worth giving it a shot. If i had to compare this joint i would compare it to shake shack burger restaurant.

The food is middle of the road with some items very good, others average or below average. The custard is bland, not like the rich, creamy custard I’ve had in the past. If you just want to have dessert, go to a place that specializes in ice cream.

We went to try the shakes. After seeing the menu we had lunch instead. I love the shoe string french fries. I had the patty melt burger and my wife went with a hotdog. Service was quick. The staff looked like they actually enjoyed being there. Plenty of parking. Try the cheese curds!

2 stars because the girl that took my order was really nice. That’s rare. But I paid $11 and waited 15 minutes for a fish sandwich, fries and medium warm Dr.Pepper. Even if the food would have come out fresh, which it didn’t, the sauce and other flavors were not good. The fish filet was identical to the fish in a box in the frozen section at the grocery store. The fries tasted bitter, and they were hot, but hard. I guess the cooks don’t care about the business surviving.

The vanilla in the half’n’half ( Chocolate and Vanilla) had a burst of flavor, but it wasn’t strong, it had a really smooth and creamy taste and it didn’t taste fake, it tasted like real vanilla. The chocolate is good too. The servers were nice.
