The Wichita Support Center is located at 260 N. Rock Road in Wichita, Kansas. As Freddy’s continues to grow, so did the need for a team to support the growth. With four original employees, the owners began building the infrastructure that would provide brand support to all Freddy’s operators. Today, the Wichita Support Center has approximately 60 employees with a retention rate in excess of 95%.

OMG!!!!Please stop advertising on Pluto TV. Watch a 30min show and you and your “what if we tell you” commercial goes on during literally EVERY, no exaggeration EVERY commercial break. Sometimes even twice in a row. “What if I told you how annoying your commercial is. How often it is played and how much I will never eat here and share how many times I will share to others not to eat here in hopes that your sales drop so much you file bankruptcy….Oh I guess I just told you!!!!

Just ate at the derby Freddy’s seem they have a problem here had the pick of the cleanest dirty table. The double combo price went up again now it maybe a little bigger than a slider so I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere this location has had a problem for a while and it’s not because they can’t get help

I literally eat everything there. Great place to bring family, friends and sports groups to just eat great food and get great service for really great affordable price. Our kids absolutely love Freddy’s nights and its never a problem for the crew to go out of their way! Definitely a top pick for families and/or large group gatherings. Worth every penny.

We went for dinner on opening day in Newton, KS and ended up with a damaged vehicle. Freddy’s attempted to have a traffic coordinator, but their negligence with the situation caused us to be in an accident. No one from Freddy’s was eager to help even though they were at fault with the way they directed the traffic. They knew they were going to be busy on opening day, but the lack of preparation/training caused my family to be in danger. Along with negligence in directing traffic, there weren’t any drive thru/parking lot signs up yet indicating where people should go. I always see posts about doing it the Freddy’s Way and in this case that could be further from the truth. We ended up getting food to go and asked for their signature Freddy’s sauce. Got home to a bag of food with no Freddy’s sauce. Damaged car and no Freddy’s sauce! Very disappointed with the customer service!

We ate at the Freddy’s on Zebulon Road Macon ga. We were there at 11 am and were the first customers. I had the cheeseburger and my daughter had the patty melt both with fries. Within 30 minutes we both got violently ill. My symptoms lasted longer than hers. I had blurred vision, ringing in my ears, and terrible headache. I am still symptomatic 4 hours later. I am wondering if maybe there was was cleaning solution that contaminated the food since we were one of the first customers. I am a nurse and it doesn’t follow the pattern of food poisoning. It has been a scary experience and I’m praying it completely wears off soon. I did not contact the store, I chose rather to contact you here in hopes there will be some follow up. Unfortunately I threw my receipt away but we were order #100 on 11/26/2019. I appreciate your follow up.

I worked for this place they called me in to work on my day off I couldn’t ,from there I got terminated. They are the worst company ever on that same night my house caught on fire. Freddy’s is about people but generally aren’t at all I was mistreated in this company an for that it is wrong how I’m left here with no job a no house so I hope Freddy’s is happy you guys have wrong people in big position who don’t care for good hard working employees my name is Victoria bexfield an I’m a strong hard worker an was wrongfully terminated.

Ordered a milk shake with dinner at location on 2nd street in edmond ok, store # 6001(not sure) but was on E 2nd off I 35. Milk shake did not come with dinner. Went to counter to see about milk shake. Was told they were making it at that moment, waited 10 more minutes, had finished my dinner, my husband then went to see where milk shake was, he was told they would get it right out. Waited 10 more minutes, asked about milk shake again, manager looked at me and had the audacity to ask “you didn’t get it” answered no, and requested money back for shake. After several minutes she figured how to do that and we left very dissatisfied. WE WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT FREDDY’s EVER AGAIN!
