This was my husband and mine’s first time trying this place. The atmosphere was nice and clean. The staff was very kind and friendly. The food was amazing and they hooked it up! Normally when you buy pizza they cheap out on toppings and this place did the complete opposite. The pizza was fresh and delicious. Had to try their mozzarella sticks and cannoli as well. They were delicious too and did not disappoint. Definitely will be going back to try other delicious foods that we were eyeballing on the menu.

Excellent service and high quality food clearly made with quality ingredients, don’t get me started on the pizza it’s the best I’ve had. Quick and friendly service means I’m able to come here on my lunch, eat, and still have time to walk off my meal; you can tell everyone who comes here is a returning customer, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the owner clearly is passionate about his craft, the proof is in the food. The one single time my pizza was burnt he personally presented it to me and let me know he’d make a new one right away and let me have the unburnt slices to quell my hunger temporarily, now that’s service. You won’t get this kind of service or care at just any place, Fratello’s is unique and exquisite

I’ve been eating here for quite a while and actually love the food and service. This review is mostly for the owners—I bit into a slice and found metal screw-like piece, thin and flimsy (like wire?) in the pizza dough. It’s definitely something I’d like to know about if I was the owner. Not sure if it’s from a piece of equipment or if it’s something else.

The sandwiches are big and delicious the pizza is tasty. I was impressed by the large portions. Lots of options here we also tried the lasagna which was excellent, cozy place to dine in they also do take out.

It’s really unfortunate that I have to leave this review. My family and I enjoy travelling to Palm Springs every year including our drive to idyllwild. We really enjoyed going to frattellos for pizza. This will be my last time returning to this establishment. The pizza was oily, lacking flavour and took over an hour to come out despite being the first table seated for the day. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants an authentic Italian pizza.

My first time here with the family and we LOVED it! The Lasagna was cooked and seasoned to PERFECTION, the sauce was so FLAVORFUL! They serve a good portion. The pizza was also very delicious, perfect consistency, not to chewy, not to thick, freshly made, nice crisp with a airy dough. NOT JUST EXCEPTIONAL FOOD ALSO GREAT SERVICE!! OWNER WAS VERY NICE AND ATTENTIVE!

Been here a few times now. The pizza is consistent with a solid crust. I really like the cheese blend they use and the sauce is good too. I am always impressed with their customer service and their laid-back-but-respectful attitude. I am happy to give them my business and have always enjoyed their pies!

Bacon Bits/Pieces don’t equal real bacon. To have this has a substitute is extremely cheep of the owner/management in my opinion. Medium “meat” pizza with bacon (bits) = $21.89 ish. Sals, or RIZZA are both far better options for pizza in this area.
