I ordered the chicken BMT panini. I liked the sun dried tomatoes but it was a little dry/bread-y. I could have use some additional sauce or something. But the staff were friendly and the dining area was clean and comfortable. Lots of items to choose from on the menu. I’d come back and try something different. I also see that they sell family sized “take and bake” items & that’s a great idea! I’d come back for a few pans of those too!

The atmosphere was so quaint, the menu was boundless (with unique and authentic items), and the food was absolutely scrumptious. It was also very affordable and the service was genuinely accommodating and friendly. I tried to ring the “thank you” bell but I broke it instead; they reassured me that they would fix it and assuaged my guilt and embarrassment. They also had a fridge full of frozen pizzas, pasta dishes, soups, desserts, and more that you could buy to go. I loved it here and I can’t wait to come again! Hopefully next time I won’t break the bell.

My wife and I recently stopped by Fratello’s Deli and Cafe for dinner and there is no shortage of items to choose from on the menu. With so many choices, we went with a breaded steak and Cobb salad. Both were extremely good and we would definitely order them again but not before trying a few more enticing choices. For me, breaded steaks are either really good or really bad. This one was cooked perfectly, just the right amount of sauce and smothered with cheese and hot peppers. It was hard to resist the grocery coolers where they have take home meals, deli salads, cheeses,etc.

OMG!!!! Their sandwiches are so good, I also got Olives and Tortellini salad. Everything was great. Definitely have to return. Drink was from Open Bottle Craftbeer Store next door

I got some carry out. The ladies were super nice. Could not have accommodated me more with all my questions, as I am from Michigan and do not know all the beef rules. Got a great sandwich with delicious Italian beef & sausage beef combo. Are you kidding me look at the picture. Beef super tender. Sausage as you would expect with some snap and spiciness, I love it, and this is my hotel room, not even as fresh as could be.

Heard alot about this place and was excited to check it out. I was pretty disappointed from just walking in. This was “advertised” to me as an Italian deli, yet when i walked in the deli was the size of a closet and the shelf items were about a dozen things. Anyway, i ended up ordering a beef sandwich /w provolone and hot peppers au jus on the side, fries and a fountain drink to go. Got home fries were missing, unwrapped my sandwich and lost half my cheese to the white paper it was wrapped in. This was a standard size sandwich 6-7″ and my bill was 16$ which seems a bit excessive. Anyway the hot peppers was not your standard giardinera, it had fresh peppers and veggies in it. Honestly, the italian beef with hot or sweet peppers in its traditional form, is perfect and doesn’t need to messed with, so I didn’t like the peppers much. The sandwich and au jus was really good though. They do have some other fridge/freezer items, fresh pasta, pizza setups, ready to cook dinners, AND a GIANT like 20-24″ in pretzel! Overall a bit disappointed, I’m used to Rubino’s, Ambrosinos, and frangellas. The biggest difference here is that you can eat in the place.
