The owners/workers of Fratellis are the best. While I do not know them personally but from ordering and it being our main pizza place. Tonight we encountered a huge mistake my son made ordering not only did they help correct the issue but we’re also very generous. We have always loved their pizza but seeing how great they are to customers even when it’s not their mistake but was ours just made us Love them more !!

They have are hit or miss now this is the 3rd time they sent over done pizza we asked for it to be cooked light and they refused to fix it i asked for a replacement pizza for my kids because it tasted burnt ….their response was the cook says he didn’t burn it !! Ok well it’s over done and my kids won’t eat burnt pizza can you send a new one …nope they did not !! They are rude and nasty when it comes to fixing their mistakes we won’t make the same mistake again by eating here

Terrible place to grab a quick bite to eat. We ordered a small barbecue chicken pizza and were told it would take 20 minutes. The 20 minutes passed and we were then told it would be another 20 minutes of wait time since the pizza maker never started our order. The pizza maker angrily started our order and made the pizza very sloppy and told us to go somewhere else to get our pizza. He’s right about that one. We will never patronize this establishment again and just want to let you know that the pizza maker is mean and shouldn’t be working in his field.

Order a 12’ grinder for pickup, & come to pick it up, & girl @ register looks @ three different bags w/ grinder’s & i pacifically request what i wanted, & i was omw to work to top it off, & my whole grinder was wrong all together, & call to see if there was a way she could fix it, & rmbr me mentioning i could not afford to leave wrk for her to fix it.. explaining to her, & she treated me like i wasn’t a customer, or considering what i could not do on that Wednesday afternoon, so she took the un-customer service route, & she hung up on me… never again will i give them my business… i was beyond pissed… & btw i threw grinder away

BEST FOOD EVER, I am very picky about my chicken I don’t like fat or grizzle or sloppiny chicken skin on my chicken what so ever and their chicken saltimbocca is divine the lemon butter is addicting I CANT GET ENOUGH. Getting hungry talking about it.

This place use to be a top tier place to go to for sandwiches ordered food on 6/5 asked for extra cheese on my sandwich and didn’t get any cheese not to mention it took the order over a hour to get here so my food was cold.

Ordered Pasta Faglio today- used to be a favorite- and instead I got a cup of big bowtie pasta in.? tomatoe broth- what happened to the beans ?? And the 3 different pastas? Literally had 3 canneli beans in the entire cup- horrible please go back to the old recipe this is slop and Not Pasta Faglio as there’s no beans.
