We had a stange experience at this location. Are waiter was attentive and helpful . The food was really good however the owner was very aggressive with the waiter hovering over the table trying to do too much and pushing him to be at the table when we just wanted to look at the menu or eat. He also went out the door to run a kid off that was taking a picture outside. Not harming anyone. So whole the food was good it was stressful atmospher caused bu an owner be too much. I dont know if ill go back.

I like this place a lot, it’s calm and nice. I ABSOLUTELY love the shrimp dip appetizer!! the complementary cake that comes with the meal is light airy & lemony! The cannolis are delicious. The waiter destin was extremely attentive, kind and patient! The manager/owner even came over to ask us how our meal was.

We stumbled upon this place after a long day of moving my son into LSU. This place was great. The staff and service were amazing; staff was super attentive. The food was fantastic. We’re from the Northeast and familiar with good Italian food. I highly recommend.

The manager was so rude. I ordered the lasagna. I didn’t care for it so I was just picking over it. My waiter came to check on me & asked how was everything. I told him I didn’t care for the lasagna, but I was going to pick over it. I went in to say I was going to pay for it & didn’t want anything else in its place. He went does to manager (which I didn’t ask him to do). The manager came over there tj my table & was yelling at me saying I was still eating the food. I attempted to tell him I didn’t like it but it was my lost because I ordered that. He was still yelling and fussing. At this point my waiter & I get upset as to why he’s acting a like dam fool. I didn’t ask for the meal to be replaced nor did I want a free meal. I will never eat there again. The manager even brought up that the waiter moved me from one table to another. Well he loved me because there were flies in the corner where I was seated initially.

The food was not the best. My veal piccata was awful! My boys got the chicken & shrimp Alfredo and they were both very good. The worst part was how rude the owner was. I came back to use the restroom and he yelled and me and told me no public restroom. I was a PAYING customer. Will not be returning again!

The eggplant parm Sub was delicious!! I ordered online with Google so I was not given the option to choose something else besides french fries, I would have wanted a salad instead but maybe that is an option when you dine in or call.

We were very disappointed. We love Fratelli’s other locations. We were so excited for this location to open. This location however. Only TWO other tables had people at them. One table closer to the door had Octonauts blaring so loud from the iPad or whatever screen the child was watching it in, at first we thought Fratellis was playing it on the TV and had the sound coming through the speakers. We arrived before Octonauts started. We promptly received water and dry kinda hard bread. My son asked for a sweet tea. A few minutes after he asked for the sweet tea, Octonauts started. Each Octonauts show is around 10 – 15 minutes. I know because it plays in our home often. We love Kwasii and the gang. Captian Barnacles had sang “WERE DONE WITH OUR MISSIOOOON. Octonauts at ease, until the next adventure!” TWICE, we still had not recieved our sons tea, nor had our order been taken. You could hear the staff talking in the back hall area, Maybe we’re they get the drinks. The third episode of Octonauts started, my husband’s water was empty. We had been then over thirty minutes. Our son ordered a sweet tea over 20 minutes before. No one was around expect the people at the two other tables. Neither of them had food either. We attempted to get the staffs attention to no avail. As we were leaving, the other guest closer to us had a child with them who was getting aggravated too. It was a less than desirable experience. Had this been our first experience with a Fratelli’s it we would absolutely never go to another one. We will not return to this location. This location will not be our next great adventure. That is our “restraunt report”.
