Came here during a quick lunch hour. Food was amazing and service was great.

Clean fastfood restaurant that has stood the test of time. Get the hotdog, burger, &/or patty melt and you will be SO happy you did! But don’t leave without getting the cheese fries… Nobody does them better!

First visit. I ordered a chili dog and cheese fries and both were mouth watering delicious! Will definitely come back with the family

Stopped to get something quick to eat. Ended up getting chicken tenders with bbq and honey mustard sauce. I wasn’t a big fan of the bbq sauce. They have a decent size menu.

Read all the positive reviews and was excited to try the place out, so I headed over after work recently and ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered 2 1/4 cheeseburgers with everything on it and fries. Guy on the intercom kinda rushed me through the order and so was not given a chance to ask if I could get the burgers done medium-rare. I was in line for a while, as there was another customer in front of me, but I was ok with it since the food was all being made fresh and figured a wait is inevitable. Paid and got my food, took it home, and started eating, and was actually disappointed with how it turned out. The grilled onions tasted pretty burnt, and the bread-to-burger ratio was something else. Like, after I removed the burnt onions and continued to eat, all I tasted was bread. Each bite was a very subtle hint of beef drowned out by the overwhelming taste of bread and burnt onion residue. I had to re-open the burger to confirm that there was an actual beef patty in there. Fries were ok, at least.

The kid with the Mohawk hung up on me because he thought my name was a joke, and when I said he wasted my lunch time he said “cool.” He doesn’t care because he’s the “manager” and “everyone knows him.” I asked for the boss- and of course he isn’t there. Whoever the boss is, that kid needs the new-hire orientation again. His idea of a solution was to lie about the order of events as to make himself innocent. You’d think if he can’t follow simple Serv safe rules he could at least fake customer service.

I ordered a chicken pita with extra taziki sauce and received absolutely no sauce. Then as we pulled up to pay we got charged someone else’s meal & now have to wait for our refund to go back into the bank. Was super excited for our dinner & now just extremely upset.

I stop going there for 1 month, after I was totally ignored by drive thru, after waiting 10 min to order food, today I comback…and right away disappointed! I ordered Chicken on pita! After I arrived home I found out there was chicken cesar wrap ! Which I hate! Thank you Franksville for being nice to over 20 yrs loyal customer!!!!

I always drive by Franksville, last night I decided to try it. The place looks a little old from the outside. It has a nice size parking lot, and a drive through if you don’t want to get off your car. Inside looks newly remodeled. The restaurant was clean. The floors and tables were clean. The staff greeted me with a smile and were very friendly. The food was good. My burger was great, the presentation could use work. I haven’t had good onion rings in a while, they were great. The fries however were a little plain. My kids liked the chili dogs and the burgers. My wife had the Italian beef and she didn’t complain, she’s a picky eater. Overall my experience was great at Franksville.
