Back in March I was visiting a local dance establishment when I got hungry, and ordered pizza from Frank’s. When I received my order, I was quite irritated as my sausage pizza had no sausage. I called the establishment only to be told they were closing shortly and the ovens were off. I immediately drove the five minutes and walked in to Frank’s with the messed up pizza. The gentleman in the back was apologetic, as he informed me that the ovens were off. I persisted and asked him to just add the sausage as the order wasn’t correct though I had paid for it already. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted the error corrected. He, relieved that I didn’t want a refund, was then more willing to help. He continued to add the sausage and cook it on the pizza adding more cheese to make it a bit better. He was kind enough to give me plates, plastic ware, and napkins as I left satisfied. Mistakes happen, but the recovery is why I would be a return customer of Frank’s.

Had ordered pizzas there as well as drinks there for a while now. Ordered a pizza for my family and found out they gave me the wrong order. I called back to let them know that they gave me the wrong order. They reassured me they will make another pizza and will not get charged for it. Ten minutes later I recieved a call that I had to return the pizza back. It took a whole half hour to come to an agreement. But to be honest it is pretty bad when you spend more than hundreds of dollars and spend time spreading good reviews orally, and management’s move was to not compensate for a mistake to and hold their employees accountable? That is bad management all together and will not support a buisness like that EVER….

We were at Blue Island Beer Company and the owner recommended Franks. They delivered it fast and was some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Great crispy crust and awesome sausage.

Patriotic Troll Buster
Love the crust on their Pizza and a sauce but the cheese has way too much parmesan in it that it tasted like throw up when I bit into my pizza. I wanted to love this place but they need to scale back big time on the amount of parmesan they put on. Maybe they will see this review and make a change then they’ll have an awesome pizza. Maybe I’ll stop in for a slice in the future to give them another try my fingers are crossed cause they could have a hit if they try to cut back on the parmesan
