Staff was helpful and nice at pick up but as a first timer picking up for an elderly woman she was upset she couldn’t eat all her garlic bread that came with her chicken parm cuz it was burnt on one side. Kinda a bummer. The rest was tasty. Not sure she will wanna order from here again tho. : / she’s old school, it’s either all good or nah. I enjoyed my pizza tho.

Got a large pizza and wings. Wings and pizza tasted great but I would have given 5/5 stars if their cooks spent an additional 10 seconds evenly spreading the toppings on my pizza. Some slices completely lacked toppings it was absolutely pitiful. We no longer tip for takeout here because of shoty quality every time.

Great thin crust pizza and GLUTEN FREE pizza options all made your way. Take out order ready in 30 minutes during dinner time. Lots of patrons were filling the booths and enjoying themselves. I’ll always come to Frank’s for pizza.

First time in Frank’s after moving to the area a few months ago. Went on a Wednesday and tried the daily special calzone. Absolutely one of the best calzones I’ve ever had and easily the best in Salem. Place was busy, and looked a little understaffed, but our server Aaron was very communicative and super professional. Liked the atmosphere save a table of small children who were SUPER loud. Will absolutely be back!

I had accidentally ordered the wrong pizza and me being me, I was upset with myself so I called back and asked if they could possibly make me another pizza and they did! Free of charge! I just think that now a days you can’t find many businesses who will do kind and considerate things like that. So they deserve every bit of this 5 star review, also the pizza was really good!

Food was amazing but service a little slow for the amount of people that were seated. I think only one server was working the entire restaurant. We were not in a hurry and everything was great! Please be patient with servers working by themselves the pizza was very worth the wait!

3 times I ordered pizza to go, first two times they weren’t checking the pies in the oven so as the dough rises you have to pop the dough bubbles or you get all these dry spots on the pizza, informed managers both times and not sure they even knew what I was talking about. 3rd time I order two pies, one half cheese and half toppings and the other a different set of toppings. picked up and didn’t check till I got home, got 1 and 1/2 cheese and 1/2 topping, called and explained and was asked to bring back. When I checked the 2nd time the toppings were good slices were so unevenly cut looked like a 1st grader did it. Manager gave a lame apology, should have offered to deliver or compensated for 2nd trip with discount or something, but nothing. This pizza is just OK, not good, not close to very good and will never be great. Salem doesn’t have any very good pizzerias anymore, Italiano’s next to Food Lion was very good, but went out of business. Heck PIZZA DEN is still in business and people here think Hunt’s brothers is good. I thought Hunt’s made ketchup.

A meal here this evening was somewhat unimpressive. Arriving just around 9pm, we waited briefly to be seated. The young man who seated us was friendly and brought our drinks (half price beer mugs on Saturday!), but apparently forgot us immediately after that. Several others entered, and were seated and placed orders before us. Eventually, we flagged down a waitress who apologized and took our order. Then, I flagged her again for a beer refill. I ordered a calzone, and my companion had a salad and soup. His order arrived nearly 20 minutes before mine. We weren’t surprised that mine took longer to prep, since it is made to order, but the difference in service was noticeable. We had to flag the waitress again for a spoon and then she didn’t appear again until she brought our check, without offering refills or dessert. We requested a drink refill, which was the last time anyone noticed us. Although the doors indicate the business is open until 11pm on Saturday, unfortunately, we were made to feel that we were inconveniencing the staff. The food was good, but the experience was not. They were stacking our chairs on the table before we exited at 10:30 pm.

First time here since they moved across the street. I love the outdoor seating area. Much nicer inside also. Great, great pizza! However, parking is a real pain. There is public parking behind the building next door (or a could of doors down). Nice to stroll for a minute to walk off the pizza.
