Everything was so good! My first breakfast spot I’ve gone to in Houston. I’m highly upset I didn’t get that catfish…it was INSANELY good, the breading the juiciness and heat, perfection.

By far one of the best experiences I have encountered. Fantastic food, service, my glass was never empty that employees are very nice. The portions are fantastic as well, pancakes the size of the plate. I thought I had taken a picture of my pancakes as well, oh well you will have to go there and see them for your self. They are open for breakfast, and lunch

Service was good. Food was hot and fresh. Western omelet was really good. Pancakes were the bomb. The only thing I didn’t care for too much was the hashbrowns, they were too burnt and oily. Had it not been for the hashbrowns I would have rated them a 5 star.

The food will never disappoint. The staff is quick, friendly, and exceptional service. You might have to wait a little longer on the weekends, but that’s because it’s packed and for a good reason. The breakfast is topnotch if you are craving country style plates or even hot lunch items. 10/10

Everything was on point from the Chicken fried steak, Western Omelette and onion rings which I think are some of the best ANYWHERE. This was a Doordash delivery and Frank’s included plenty of condiments which was appreciated compared to other places which barely give you a knife & fork. I highly recommend and will be visiting again in the near future. *Oh and one last thing, the TO GO containers ACTUALLY close and aren’t flimsy compared to some of Frank’s competition which offers to go boxes that are so underwhelming and leave a mess inside the bag.

Delicious breakfast. Service is amazing and quick. Just a group of 3, morning for breakfast, got the Western Omelette and coffee. Prices are fair and the ladies attending are great customer service.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We were not greeted when we entered even though the manager & a waiter was at the front as we entered. We were able to seat ourselves which was fine until the waiter waited to other people came in after us & left us waiting for over 10 minutes with no drinks or greeting. Of course we left.
