I love the casual atmosphere, good service and, of course, the food at Frank’s! Great lunch specials and the Cheese Steak Sub is the best! Photo of a huge slice leftover for breakfast! Yum!

There is a large following of regular patrons. My wife and I drive past all the time and decided to see why there are so many cars in the lot. The line waitress greeted most of her customs by name and asked more than one if they wanted their usual. The place looks nice from the outside, but inside has the charm of a middle school classroom. The good was fine, but so is pizza and calzone from a frozen box. My guess is that regulates appreciate the attention, but on our first, we waited for several minutes for a take out box for the leftovers. The store bought frozen in the same freezer is more likely to be eaten.

Weird service. Mediocre food for very high prices. Very skimpy pizza and sandwich toppings/fillings. Doughy, overly cheesy pizza, bland sauce. $2.95 for a Pepsi and I can’t take one with me? Come on man. Keep on driving.

Let me be clear, quality of food is really good. If I could give a separate 5-star rating for that I would. What’s 1 star is the fact that you will end up 40-50% more than what their online prices show. We ordered take out based on the menus found on Google and several other places. We were not so pleasantly surprised to discover that their prices are completely wrong. When I asked about this at the counter she said, “yeah, our menus online are old.” No apology. No care that our bill was now 45% higher than what we planned on paying. (Yup, that high.) Just dismissive. I paid and went on with our evening but this is poor business because a.) you can’t update your menu online in 2022…yikes and b.) not to care at all how this effects your customer. I get food costs are higher. But communication and care would go along way for the customer.

Forget the chain pizza places and go get a real hand made pizza, the very best around. Fantastic calzones and sub sandwiches. Eat in or carry out. Very friendly, popular neighborhood pizza place.
