The staff is not friendly at all..pretty rude actually.. I did not feel welcome here at all.. I got a Mediterranean chicken wrap it had very little flavor.. stale pita bread and it very expensive I also got a very berry smoothie that tasted like water it was awful I through it in the ..I will never go back here again..!!

Nice customer service, food is great- I loved the falafel- nice and flavorful. However, it will be nice and more sanitary if tongs were used to grab the toppings instead of hands. The gloves were everywhere and I did not feel comfortable having these same gloves pick my toppings as I watched. I’m sure others will appreciate this gesture. Thank You

So far, so good. I’ve ordered twice from them now and the food is so delicious and fresh. A little note, if you don’t have a very high tolerance for spicy food, stay away from the red harissa dressing and fire roasted hot pepper hummus! I wish there was a warning somewhere on the website for level of heat. Consider yourself warned!

Absolutely love this Mediterranean Foodbeat spot. They’re the best place to get falafel in town hands down, and a build your own sandwich option that is top-notch tasty. Would highly recommend and undoubtedly plan to return again. Appreciate the service and selections each time! Although they typically screw up mundane details such as an extra side order or printing a receipt.

Generally a very nice experience although a couple of times they have had a supply chain issue – I get it, it’s the world we live in, but when asked if I could substitute something else to replace what topping they didn’t have, I was told it would be an added charge.
