Extremely disappointed I’m a long haul trucker who likes to give Mom & Pop places my business vs a chain. I ordered two pepperoni and cheese pizzas. Gave one to the service guys and I kept the other. I was lucky if there were 10 pieces of pepperoni on my large pizza.

Spent $50 for two pizzas. Ask for light sauce on one and extra on the other. Of course that gets messed up and now my girlfriend is burping it up and has heartburn and my pizza seems blaw. $5.75 delivery charge and we don’t even live a half mile away. Sure hope the delivery driver gets the $5.75 charge cause that’s effecting his/her tips. Next time I’ll call and talk to them in person and treat them like children when I order since ordering online doesn’t get the job done.

Yeah, terrible delivery experience. Tonight my pizza was delivered to my door step with no knock. I also never received a call from the store telling me my pizza was delivered or the driver is at my doorstep. Letting the pizza sit on the porch to get cold before someone in the house mentioned they might have just left it there. I even thought I heard the footsteps of the driver… Unfortunately I think it’s because last time we were unable to tip with cash since we had none on hand. If that’s how your going to let your employees carry themselves…holding a grudge on certain homes…petty. Take a serious look at those you’ve hired. Sad I had a big tip to make up for last visit if it was the same driver

We love Frankie’s Pizza! This is the only place we order pizza these days. The dough is high quality, and they really pay attention to the customizations. I always ask for “well done”, and they deliver. Delivery time sticks to 45 minutes consistently. The cheese bread is a must-try, and their gluten free crust option is better than most!

Usually I really like their food. Today I got sick from eating half a personal pizza because there was more pesto sauce than actual pizza dough. The grease went through the cardboard before I got it home. My boyfriend’s pizza had the same issue, regular tomato sauce. I don’t know why they’re doing this, but it’s a waste of food and it’s making people sick.
