With all of the hoopla around some of the better known Caldwell area pizzerias, sometimes the classic pizzerias get forgotten. Franco’s has been around a long time and aren’t trying to make fussy pizza – this isn’t thin crust or thinny thin or extra crispy or whatever. This is basic New York style pizza. And you know what? They’re really good at it. We loved these pies.

We had my mother’s repass here and they were able to accommodate us in a few days notice. Giovanni was a pleasure to deal with and is just a really nice guy. The food was delicious and the service couldnt have been better. The space is clean, nicely done and was easily able to fit the 50+ party we had.
