Overall a very nice eatery. Pizza was obviously fresh from the oven and our server, Luisa, was great! Just the right level of attentive and had a gorgeous Italian accent. Definitely want to visit again. Also, this place is fairly close to the Air Force base. If you’re looking for somewhere casual in the area, I’d definitely keep this one on the shortlist of options when visiting.

Started working a new job about a half a mile away from Franco’s. I had been there a few months ago for their pizza and liked it. Went back for a second time and thought I’d try a small cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, fried onions, and mushrooms. I should have stopped after the first bite. The bread was all wrong, not good and the only thing that might have saved that were the tomatoes. You don’t spend $14.45 on a few sliced tomatoes. Anyway, I could only eat half of it and I’m debating on what to do with the other half if I didn’t like the first bite, I’m not going to like the second half either. The service and the people were very nice, it’s the one reason that I’ll go back, but this time I want to try a pasta dish.

I’m sorry to say it but I didn’t like the food here or the service. First, I saw unsanitary practices where the girl at the counter was digging around in the basil container and putting it on the pizzas/cutting the pizzas and then going back to touching cash and the phone. Why was the cook not doing this?

Best pizza place in Dover, DE! A tad on pricer side, but it makes up for quantity AND quality!! The waitress was Italian and speaking in her native language, so it made you feel as if you were part of Italy . The pizza is phenomenal and would recommend anyone to check this place out. I’m from the south so we don’t have that many authentic Italian restaurants that I’m aware of, but this one here in the N.East. is superb.

I ordered three takeout subs two large one small $45 Plus. There was harley any meat on them and they had what look like spring salad as lettuce, I’ve ordered from there before it’s always been good, I ordered Italian that had ham and salami.

Not only was our takeout order of pasta, salad, and soup delicious, but the service I experienced was above and beyond. Before I could even attempt to carry my order out, one of the employees grabbed my bags and walked them to my car and loaded them up for me. It’s not often I recieve service like that and it’s why we will continue ordering from Franco’s. Thank you!
