The pizza & my husband’s sub was not good. Pizza was dry. I had 2 pieces of my personal pizza. Threw the rest away. Hubby ate half of his sub. Tossed the other half. It had been awhile since we had been here because the food isn’t good. The Franco’s by our other house was much better! This one is a disappointment.

I order your consistently delicious pizza whenever my family gathers, and I chose to order it online, (for only my second time) and forgot to add the code to receive 10% off the total. When I picked up the pizza, I said that I had forgotten to add the discount code and figured that an adjustment could be made at the register but I was told that wasn’t possible because the order was already paid for… It struck me as funky, with the smart computers these days?

So disappointed with Francos lately…twice now we ordered extra cooked wings. The box was leaking sauce today…the pizza was too saucy as well..guess it’s time to take a break from them. They used to be so good. I can eat several pieces usually. Didn’t even finish my one today.
