UNSAFE cutting pizza on foil left slivers into the pizza this is for school event. Called to speak to a manager was introduced rudely as this is the manager no name I told her what happened she refused a refund as I was picking the slivers out of the pizzas was rude hung up on me.

Kinda bummed out. Last time I tried to order chicken Parm they were out of tenders. This time… Fake chicken. It was that pressed stuff that’s cut with soy. At $12 a sub… Sorry Francos. Lost my business. I can go down the street and get real chicken in my sub at the same price. Do you really need to cut corners that bad?

The first time I ordered the taco bowl it was made with with ground beef and I highly recommend it. The next time I went there with a large party for their TacoBowl we were all very disappointed. They were made with some sort of shaved steak meat and was terrible. Nobody ate it all, we all wasted our money that day and threw most of our food away. We will not be back!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was so undercooked, the pizza cutter couldn’t even cut through it. The top looked like a bowl of soup. Worst pizza I have ever come across. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Franco’s pizza has been a place reputable to Ilion for as long as i can remember. To be able to watch the stages of it’s growth throughout the years has been quite interesting. Seeing what each new owner was doing with the place. There was a brief moment that i was a little worried that it might be over. I had given up going there. Luckily for everyone and myself, Franco’s Pizza was back in good hands. The Mendez Family made sure of that by not only bringing back the traditional francos flavor and service aside from going above and beyond for the community that they serve.

The pizza is good, just too busy and they admit to unplugging their phone. Hit or miss if you can ever get a hold of the place to put in an order. They have lost a lot of business by not picking up the phone just from our family alone, we order from Sorrento’s when they don’t answer.
