This restauran is fantastic. It’s colorful, it’s spacious and the food is scrumptious. From my experience today, it deserves the 5 stars. All of our food was phenomenal. BUT I was shocked when I walked in to find out the place had changed, it literally looks like you are walking into Disney’s Encanto type of place.(Yes I know encanto is colombian) All the chairs and tables are plastered with beautifully painted Mexican folklore scenery. It truly stands out as a restaurant.

The food at this restaurant was beyond amazing. My family took food to go and they had it ready within 30 mins, and we had placed a sizable order. I had a burrito and it tasted amazing. The best part about this restaurant is the almost overwhelming plethora of vegetarian options. Most restaurants allow you to ask for a meat substitution and will offer one or two different meals. Franco’s had at least 6 different options and beyond that, they all look very appetizing. Great restaurant!

I literally wish I could give this place 0 stars. This was the worst Mexican food I think I’ve ever had in my life. $50 and we threw 90% of it away. The empanadas had no filling in them, it was like chewing on dry, empty, flavorless dough. The “enchiladas” were tiny, undercooked rubbery corn tortillas stuffed with weird, unmelted cheese and no seasoning. Tacos were the same. Gross tortillas. We paid for steak and it had like 2 pieces, and those 2 pieces of steak were so horribly overcooked it should have been a crime. I guess the rice that came with the enchiladas was edible but that’s literally the only thing I ate. The rest went into the trash and we ate uncrustables. The food is garbage.

very very long time. They guy on the counter said 5 minutes but when I asked for my food after 15 minutes, he said 10 minutes and when I asked again after 15 minutes he said 10 minutes more. Finally I got my food after 40 minutes.

I wish I took my receipt because once I checked my credit card statement my jaw dropped when I realized I paid 30 dollars for a small quesadilla and a side of guacamole. No chips? It was way to expensive for what I got. I would be more understanding if my quesadilla was not flat but it was. The restaurant itself was adorable but the portions of food for the price are not it.
