My husband and I have been going to Franconi’s for years. It is hands down, our favorite place for breakfast! Our favorite waitress is Dakota. She is always very friendly and great at her job. If we could give her a 10 star rating, we would! Also, my husband loves the music.

They honestly have really good pizza and breakfast food. I use to come here all the times for breakfast. I also purchased pizza for events from here plenty of time but today I actually placed an order and picked up. The lady that answered the phone 4/29 was very rude!!! Then that chubby guy was even more rude! I think the lady wanted to physically fight me over a coupon. After they finished fighting and bickering the guy literally throw my food my way to take out smhh I had to just walk out! I get home and my two orders of fries was completely two different kinds of fries and they all were soggy. Then I realize they gave me someone else onion ring and forgot my wings. I ask my husband to go pickup the food because at that point I was frustrated so my husband went and he throw the wing in front of my husband. He don’t speak or nothing. I honestly think they are racist or prejudice. It’s the way they looked at us. .

I love their pizza and I love their cheesesteaks. Their cheesesteaks are better than an actual cheesesteak place I tried two months ago. We’ve been a long time customer of Franconi’s and I’m surprised to read reviews about “rude” staff because I’ve NEVER had any issues from any of the staff in the almost ten years I’ve been going or the 15 years my husband’s been going.

I have ordered from here for years the White and Ricotta pizza is too die for. I really also enjoy their mushroom pizza. The prices are reasonable . My only complaint is that they have poor customer service and that could be improved but besides I deffinetly recommend.

Ordered $75 ($75!!!) worth of pizza and was charged a $3 fee for using debit/credit. To me, that is the cost of running a business, not a fee you pass onto your customers spending money at your establishment. Pizza was just ok. There are so many other food options out there that don’t charge fees. We won’t be returning.

Awful food. Cheese fries tasted like they came out of a fish tank and the wings had no sauce. Their super bowl special sounds like a great idea on paper but i wouldn’t eat this food again if they paid me.

Went with my 2 year old for dinner after daycare pick up and going back to daycare in an hour for a fall festival. Plenty of time for dinner. Only ordered ravioli in butter sauce and kids Kraft Mac and cheese. We got there around 5:20 and needed to leave by 6:10. We were lucky enough to be able to get our food delivered in to go boxes at 6:13, pay the check, and run out the door. We didn’t even get to eat dinner the whole time there. At 6:00 a small salad with no dressing was delivered so my daughter had a couple croutons for dinner before the event. When we got home and I heated up our dinner, my ravioli I ordered with butter sauce had tomato sauce. It was still good, but I literally paid $36 for ravioli with sauce I didn’t order and Kraft Mac and cheese that I can get for $2 at the market. Wait staff was nice and apologetic, however we won’t be going back.
