Our favorite local cafe! Lots of recent changes, but friendly & kind staff make it a wonderful place to be! Both food and beverage are as top quality as they can get. Here’s the most recent menu.

Great little coffee spot! I had the cold brew and it was powerful and strong which how all cold brew should be! There is enough power outlets along the wall inside, so if you are going to charge your devices you will be fine. The Wi-fi is free here for however long you are here. The service was fast and the people were really nice. They had great music being played, and it was a very chill vibe inside. they also have about 20 other seating spaces outdoors that overlooks highway fifty if the weather permits you to go out there. Overall this is the best little coffee shop in the Shingle Springs/Cameron Park area or a quick stop if you are on your way to Tahoe and wanna support a local business.

Ordered an Aztec chai, Mexican mocha, hibiscus ginger tea, fox sandwich and the mother lode avocado toast and they were all delicious and well made. Highly recommend stopping over for their amazing drinks (especially loved the Aztec chai) and food.

One of our favorite local coffee shops. Great selection of coffees, teas, baked goods, sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and there are even a few beers and kombucha on tap! And my favorite of all, the Motherlode Avocado Toast… Which is absolutely craveable and delicious.

I ordered a medium fox tail and Tuscan breakfast burrito. I was 3/4 finished with the burrito and a little less than 1/2 of the coffee when I had to go to the bathroom. When I came out, the table was cleared. What a waste of money, coffee, and food. I won’t be back.

In the corner next to European Cafe, Foxwood Coffee & Tea is the perfect quiet spot for coffee and breakfast. I had a vanilla almond milk latte and their amazing oatmeal (served with steamed coconut milk!). I forgot to grab a pic of my meal, but I took a pic of their lovely and very clean bathroom! 🙂
