The debate on the best pizza in Morgantown has been settled. It’s Fox’s Pizza Den. Seriously, I think we tried them all, and Fox’s has the best balance of taste and cost. The crust is tasty, the toppings are fresh and generous –and we can afford to do pizza for the whole family.

My family and I normally get what they have called “Big Daddy” which is between 21-22 slices, with pepperoni on it.. it makes for great pizza when you eat it hot, but great leftovers as well

The delivery guys are the only reason this will even get a star. Horrible service, food so greasy if it weren’t for being stone cold it wouldn’t have been edible… and salads that were hot… make that make sense. The delivery guy was cool and super apologetic and just understanding. Not sure if it was his fault if not, but by the time the pizza finally showed up almost 2 hours later, blame game was long gone. Little Caesar’s is better and quicker and a lot cheaper.

I ordered a pepperoni big daddy pizza and received a cheese pizza instead… called them to say that they didn’t get the order correct and have them remake my order and this is what I got… very disappointing…. I think I would have gotten more pepperoni on a regular size pizza… definitely going downhill with their food!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!!

I was craving pizza and it was late at night so I was happy they were open. I ordered the champ square pizza and one thing I thought was cool about online ordering was you can choose what columns to put the toppings on, left-middle-right. I took it home and pulled it out of the box and it did that dreamy commercial-like things that pizzas do on TV where you pull the cheese and it’s a long ooey gooey mess, so satisfying and it smelled so good. Craving 100% satisfied. I’m just crying now because I forgot it on the counter leaving for work this morning…

Ordered a taco pizza from this place this is what I got and after calling there and them banging the phone in my ear…the manager got on the phone and I got the best laugh when he was like well I can put lettuce and tomato in a bowl and you can come get it lol after the great laugh and being a faithful customer I have made the decision to never go back to this Foxs pizza and deter everyone I know from going there if there was a super dirty douche award I would award it to the manager way to go buddy lol

Store closes at 10pm, called at 930pm while pulling into store to make an order, no one answered phone, walked into store and 2 employees sitting on phones with everything cleaned up and ready to leave, place my order, they make it and I leave store just after 945pm, employee follows me to door turns off open sign and locks the door…ive been going to this place for years and over last year or so it has went downhill alot

I placed an order over the phone for my family & gave an address for delivery. After ordering I was told it would be a 45 minute wait (not an issue.) Over an hour passed & I called to see what the status of our order was. They told me the order was placed as a “pickup order” & that there must have been a ‘miscommunication’. They promised when their driver returned they would send the order out for delivery & apologized. Another 30 minutes pass and I still haven’t seen an order at my door. At this point my children are starving so I call again to see what is happening & I ask for some type of compensation for my trouble. I was told again that it was a ‘miscommunication’ (even though I gave an address at the start of the first call) & at that point they informed me they couldn’t do anything about my order for compensation but could give me 10% off of my next order (???).
