I finally found my pizza shop. That was the BEST TASTING pizza I have ever had. Still piping hot after delivery, and that was from Oil City. Salad was exceptional. Will never order a pizza pie from anyone else.

Their pickle pizza is phenomenal! And their steak hoagies are delicious especially with those sweet peppers on them. I gave four stars because they’re kind of pricey. But other than that I would definitely go back.

Awesome/ amazing strombolis and awesome cheesy breadsticks. Pizza is great. Subs are good but nothing special, there just isn’t as much meat as there used to be. We order here occasionally (6times a year). If the subs had more meat I’d give 5 stars and really wish Google allowed half stars so I could go 4.5. I guess I suggest not ordering a sub and highly highly suggest ordering a custom stromboli with garlic sauce on the inside. Custom stromboli with extra cheese and garlic sauce is 10 stars out of 5.

Terrible. Right hand to God they’ve messed up my order the past 4 times. I order the same thing a whole steak wedgie with no tomato, no onion, no sweet pepper and no Mushroom! They comped the last time…so yesterday when I ordered it was “free”. I had to take my wedgie up there to show the dummies working there that they put all of that on the wedgie. Either these people are just stupid or they just don’t care. I have $10 left in “credit” and that will be the last time I use Fox’s. The one in Seneca, at least. The “General Manager” Jenn D. never even said sorry. At least apologize for the inconvenience. I pick up my orders and I’ve driven 7 times when I should have only had to drive 4!

Honestly, the food could be worse. How it is prepared is hit and miss. When I ordered they specifically asked for here or to go, I said here. After all of my friends received there food (30-45 minutes later), mind you I ordered first, I went up to ask and it had been just sitting there. Then, my friends had gotten the wrong thing and had stated that. The lady then informed them that she was the one correct and that she had stated the order back. My friends had stayed multiple times what the wanted repeatedly because she kept messing up on the machine. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am a quite patient and forgiving person. But when you completely disrespect a customer because of your own mistake, that is the worst thing you could possibly do. Please get new friendly staff in this place or you will loose all of your customers. Will not be back.
